Eccezionale”
Conveniently located around 200 metres from the busy international bus & train station of Sloterdijk, this modern, new hotel is of the standard one would expect with this brand & is ideal for 1st timers & late arrivals in Amsterdam. Clean & whisper quiet with fantastic rooms & facilities -including excellent WiFi & late checkout (12noon) it was without question, a very comfortable & pleasant stay. My only regret was my short stay. Staff were professional, friendly & efficient. Check-in & out took no more than a couple of minutes & handled with great respect & efficiency. Prices vary considerably based on demand & time of booking and disappointingly, I thought my stay was quite expensive, although this is Amsterdam! - & it was a last minute booking. The train into Amsterdam was easy & I would consider it a realistic option for daily travel to the centrum (fare was around E.3.80 & 20 minutes). Enthusiastically recommended!

I think the hotel could expand improve their SPA area. Because, I wanted to pay to do massage when came back at night and they said it still on the period however they had stop before. For the next days, no more period at night!

water while taking a shower needs to get fixed. it goes from warm to very hot for a few seconds and then to warm again.

Breakfast and location top Huge and best breakfast I’ve had long time, various stuff. But seems like this is only valid from Fri-Sun as on Monday it was heavily reduced variety. Modern and clean hotel next to a train station. Negative: you cannot open the windows to get some fresh air, AC only. But lowest degree setting is 20 Celsius which is too warm for sleeping. Room is small but modern and adequate. Staff was friendly all the time. Price is relatively high for suburban area - plus Amsterdam taxes is really no bargain. We paid 30€ extra tax for 3 days which is horribly expensive.

I have already stayed before in a Park Inn. Indeed, the last time my room was much better because this time our rooms were too small for us, with all of our luggages to be settled around the tiny space.

Good location! Terrible housekeeping!”
The hotel is located five minutes walk away from the train station and the location is great. The room was. bright, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. However the housekeeping was a nightmare. When checking in we were handed over the key to a room that had not been cleaned and we walked in to a room with an unmade bed. However upon informing the management we were given a free upgrade. The housekeeping was generally terrible on one instance the cleaning person actually left the trash bag on the table in our room. We asked for an iron four times in two days before it actually reached our room. Turns out the intercom placed in our room was actually from another room. Overall decent hotel that really needs to work on training their housekeeping staff to be able to improve their service.

The service was just OK.”
There was a long queue and it took us almost an hour standing there waiting for our turn. I could not remember the staff apologizing or anything, it felt like it was just normal for guests to line up and wait for almost an hour. The location is good, 5 min walk to the metro and train station. Quick self service check out.

Don’t use Agoda”
I was told by Agoda that my room would be charged in advance of my arrival. When it was not, my credit cards were declined and locked while trying to check in. There was an extremely long line since there was only one employee checking guests in and this added over an hour to my check in process. As for the hotel itself, I was given a room with two college dorm room sized beds instead of the large bed I reserved on Agoda. The beds were also very hard. The hotel is also very noisy, I think it was due to the doors making a banging noise when being closed, but I’m not sure, that’s just my best guess. There aren’t many restaurants in this area nor things to do, so you will have to pay to get in closer to the city since it is over an hour walk.

1. Long checking que were waiting for 4 hours 2. Not friendly front desk, however duty manéger was very nice 3. No attention for specifications or preferences Duty manager tried to do everything possible to better our stay , unfortunately it was irreversible at that point when the front desk told us « well we won’t and can’t do anything we fully overbooked » with a such attitude like we owed her 1.000.000 eur🤢
