I clienti di quest’hotel probabilmente non conoscono l’educazione rumori eccessivi e schiamazzi fino a tarda ora, oltre che i rumori provenienti dalla strada.Un po’ di manutenzione in più non guasterebbe... Un 2 stelle internazionale.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pavilion Hotel. the staff especially Ryan whose service was excellent and went more that an extra mile to accommodate me. the room was very clean and was serviced everyday. the staff discipline others who cause disturbances. People who book in and be rowdy, especially those who consume too much alcohol and cannot keep themselves under control must do it out of the hotel premises or not book in there at all cause the hotel is situated in a very peaceful place. The purpose of my stay was for peace and quietness which was achieved. I will definitely go to the Pavilion Hotel again.

Lovely clean great location ”
Place is clean and easy to find great value for money really great big room and spacious bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is that the hotel staff monitor the rowdy patrons there were a group of guys on our floor who made noise and were banging doors until the early hours of the morning. We were on the first floor and I am sure that the people at reception could here the ruckus but nothing was done. Other than that we had a great room and would definitely revisit hopefully with more considerate neighbours next time.

Best value for money in Durban”
The hotel is immaculately clean, no cockaroaches, the linen is of good quality and the staff are very helpful, especially Sunil. The only thing I can complain of was that there was only one blanket on the one bed and none on the other. There was also only 1 hand towel for 4 of us but that was quickly fixed by Sunil. I am from Durban originally and I do not think that I will stay anywhere else while visiting family in Durban.....

This place is great we have stayed here 3 times already and everytime was pleasant. The location is great central and amazing views. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are lovely clean and spacious. Whether you stay for 1 night or more I would recommend this place to anyone.

We booked a premier room for 2 nights and I was thoroughly impressed the room was massive with gorgeous sea views and it had a fridge and microwave which added to the experience. Everything was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. Would definitely go here again.

This place is nothing short of amazing. The staff was really friendly, rooms are clean and housekeeping takes place everyday, location is perfect, the beach is literally across the street. We are definitely coming back soon and would highly recommend it to others too.

Pavilion is situated in a very convenient spot. Its literally a short walk to the beach. You do not need the car for travelling around. You can walk to the beach, south coast casino as well as to Ushaka Marine. Its safe and quiet and the best place to stay for a holiday. My husband and I enjoyed our stayed and look forward to our next visit. You will love every moment especially if you do not mind walking and being acccctive.

My 13 years anniversary weekend ”
It was a life time experience in Pavillion hotel,the premier room was everything that we wanted in a hotel room. The front desk staff was exceptionally very welcoming especially Ryan he was of great help to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. My 13 years anniversary was 1 memorable weekend for my hubby and I. I will definitely be coming back here to stay. Thanks guys at pavilion hotel

pavilion Hotel offers great customer service. They were able to meet our needs. Thumbs up to yoru maintenance guys, we reported a faulty shower and they replaced the shower head within 5 minutes. Keep up the excellent service delivery. Regards Mrs V. Maistry

Because of the online booking, we waited for 30minutes before it was decided that we do belong there. They could've offered us complimentary coffee and have us enjoy it in the lovely dining area. But it never happened. That was the one uncomfortable experience of my stay. The other was that the aircon remote control's batteries was on its way out, so it didn't help with the settings. Other than that,I had a fabulous stay and I would stay there again as well as recommend acquaintances, friends and family. Regards.

Love it the fact tjat is close to the beach and walking distance to other facilities and the place is just awesome and has a great taste the rooms are spacious the beds are comfy , very quite and when you call in for room service they answer instantly and provide the necessary information
