Staff is not trained, they don't know how to provide hospitality, I returned back to another hotel within 10 mins of check-in. The rooms are old. I had false imagination by looking on google beachside resort. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Go here only if you want beach resort ”

This is the only property by the beach so if you want to stay near beach in Port Blair go for it else opt for sea shell

Nice location far from crowd”

Hotel is located far from crowd but it is a good location. Room is good but facilities are average. Usage of wifi is restricted to certain limit and that too is very slow.

A big let down.”

Very old property not being maintained properly. Gardens poorly done up, toiletries of low quality. Food is average but charges are like 5-star. Room Charges are exorbitant and just not worth. On the positive side, employees are customer friendly, location is facing beach and they have a small gym in the property. Would have expected a professional management from Peerless group.

Not that worth”

Except the food and staffs nothing is as demanding. Rooms are not that clean. Smelly, toilets are not that clean.

Leisure travel”

Initial room provided my facilitator was really bad and i literally shout to shift to another room. Hygiene level was not that good but overall was good.

Hospitality and cleanliness ain't upto the mark”

Management is not efficient at dealing customer issues. Though the location of the property is well located by the beach, the hospitality ain't satisfactory.

Good stay, location was great. Food is very costly though with 18% GST. There is a Govt restaurant just next to hotel. Can try food outside. Very much accessible to Beach just outside the hotel.

This hotel is in Port Blair main beach, so it’s help us to spend our time. Food taste is good but it’s bit costly. May need team to focus one room cleanness.

The Location is excellent. Breakfast is the only meal we had and it was very good. The service and response provided by the staff needs to improve.

Old resort without much facilities”

The resort is good for someone who wants a beach closeby. It is connected to corbyn beach. Rooms are old. Linen on beds we're not clean. Bathrooms were choking with water. Restaurant food is exorbitantly priced. Breakfast is average. You should go to this resort only of you want beach closeby

Good ”

Stayed for 2 nights. Good environment. Direct access to beach. Restaurant serves decent food. Transportation is real challenge. Emergency vehicle not available. Not tied up with doctor or any hospital. You really need to struggle if any medical emergency. Staff is good and friendly. Overall a good experience except emergency preparedness.
