We stayed there for 1 week in beg January. The villa was the last in the row close to the forest. was great to be near nature and all is green. The room is spacy, minimalistic and clean. the territory is nice. Is located a bir far from the main actvities which is in my point of view an absolut advantage. Shritanu is my favourite area and all restaurants and beaches are close distance by bike. You can rent a bike, arrange a ferry and transfers on the reception at comfortble prices.

Great and peaceful location”
I had a very peaceful and great weekend. The villas are 15 minutes walk away from the main yoga village, close to yoga places and great cafes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely be back again.

Best breakfast I’ve had in Thailand ”
We were greeted warmly with a lovely refreshing drink and awesome cool towel when we arrived. The room was spacious and very clean. The area was nice and quiet and the owners really friendly. But the biggest highlight was the breakfast the next morning. We could only stay the one night unfortunately but will absolutely be back with friends in the near future.

A little paradise on the Phangan island”
Wonderful villas with all the facilities you need; right in the heart of Phangan. One of the best breakfast buffets. Very accessible if you have a car or scooter. Few kilometres away from all the best beaches, restaurants and attractions. If you're going for the full moon party then don't stay here. If you're looking for tranquil and peace, then don't look anywhere else if you can find a villa here. They just have 18 villas so be sure to book early.

Lovely resort, breakfast good and staff helpful. We got it in a last minute deal so it would have been a lot more expensive than what we paid. Room is very comfortable with seating area and balcony outside.

I rented this place in the low season because at that time it had a good value for money. The stone bungalow is huge and the bed, mattress and sheets are very comfortable. It’s a 5 minute motor bike ride or 15 minute walk away from anything though.

The beach is not close, you’ll need a bike or car.”
If you want to walk, you’ll need more than 15 min. One woman was really kind but especially the kitchen staff and driver seemed to be stressed. The first 5 days our breakfast was as typical as in many hotels ( pancake, egg and sausage, rice soup and wheat toast), the coffee machine was nice! The last two days they offered more at breakfast , it was buffet style, but for vegetarian and vegan there’s not much to eat( no soy or oat- milk :( ) We can recommend the stay for couples but for families I would search for another accommodation.

Peaceful perfection ”
Arrived in the Rain to this beautiful island and had a small foot injury departing the ferry. This was as bad as it got because from the moment we arrived the wonderful caring reception staff took care of us and immediately gave first aid treatment, cold towels and drinks. Sorted transfers, bikes, gave help and advice on Air Asia links etc. They use Facebook msg for contact and are quick to answer. Excellent WiFi. The personal pride, excellence in care to each and every guest, and in fact each blade of grass on this resort is apparent in every way. Beautiful modern and light, spotless clean villas, comfortable beds, great TV, fab shower./toiletries. Lovely peaceful grounds, nice pool and homely modern clean simple restaurant. This is a family run place, who hold so much pride in everything they do....everything is just perfect . We would fully recommend and hope to return.

Best place we have been in Thaïlande. Great room , super great staff, very quiet. You definitly need a scooter as first restaurant at 1km away. They have them at the hotel for 200 bath per day.

The staff at this place is super sweet, attentive and helpful. The bungalows are spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. As the property is a little further away from the beach it is very quiet at night, no motorbike noises, which we liked.

I really enjoyed my stay at Phangan Akuna. The studios are great, the pool and breakfast are nice, peaceful and quiet. The staff is awesome, so kind and very helpful! Exactly what I needed for this week! Only 10 minutes walk to the beach, sunsets are stunning! Then if you want to explore the rest of the island, you can easily rent a motorbike for 250thb/day. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

My Second Time Here and I am going to keep coming back”
This is my second time at the Phangan Akuna and an absolutely loving it! The management team is extremely warm and charming! The location is great and the rooms are super clean and spacious! The view from the balcony is great! I am getting a lot of work done as well! Something about the energy of the place! It's great! I am a happy customer! definitely coming back again and again!

Front desk staff went out of their way to help”
I was here with 2 of my other girl friends, our room was very much big enough for 3 of us. It was clean, the beds were large and comfortable, 2 pillows were provided even, and the shower space was massive. Ideal for a small family / group that wants to stay together. But the best part about this place was the front desk staff, who consistently went out of their way during our 3 days there to help – help us book a car, get utensils from the kitchen, offered to drive us to the pier for free, sheltered us with the brolly get into the car when it was pouring, and gave many suggestions to our questions with no intent of getting profit/tips. Her english was very proficient and we felt extremely well taken care of. Highly recommend
