Eccezionale”

La strutture è veramente piacevole: collocata in posizione tranquilla ed appartata, tutta (interni compresi) realizzata in legno come ben testimoniano le fotografie pubblicate, è incredibilmente curata in ogni dettaglia con una piacevolissima area soggiorno, camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort classici e necessari. Se ci si basa sulle immagini pubblicate dell'edificio esterno, questo non è facilissima da individuare (la struttura alberghiera è all'interno di una piccola via accessibile dalla strada principale) e, quanto meno nel nostro caso, non c'era un receptionist presente all'ingresso pronta ad accoglierci; si può fa affidamento sul personale del ristorante all'ingresso della via (nel nostro caso, si sono messi in contatto con il responsabile). Forse i bagni separati dalle camere non sono ottimali, ma ci si fa comunque l'abitudine e sono, anche questi come il resto, ben tenuti. Altro plus sono sicuramente le biciclette (gratuite) messe a disposizione dall'hotel.

Bellissimo alberghetto con arredi in legno massiccio stupendi, colazione thai molto gustosa, forse un po piccola la stanza. Ottima pulizia (ci si può specchiare nei pavimenti!). Bagno ampio ma all'esterno della stanza! Thumb up!

It was just as it appears in Agoda. Everything was clean. Quiet. WiFi worked well. We knew the private bathroom would be outside the room. It was in walking distance to Phimai ruins.

We stayed there two years ago, at that time one person was taking care of the "guest home". Actually, nobody, no service at all. AC and wifi ok.Five minutes walk to reach the "hotel" the smiling staff, to get a free delicious rice soup for breakfast and to borrow the out of use bicycles.

Barely open old teak guest house”

We were inly guest and that was awesome. We had the whole place to ourselves- not even any regular staff. A fun hsunted vibe. Really exquisite building. Rooms a but small but nicely decorated and with windows. A bit dusty in places but otherwise quite clean. No bath in room but you get your own private bathroom down the hall. Just yours!

We had booked two nights at Paradise House but when we arrived we found it was closed and there was a phone number to call. When we called a lovely woman from their sister property Paradise Hotel drove over and offered to show us the room at Paradise House or we could stay at the hotel. We decided to stay at the hotel so that more services were available to us during our stay. The hotel was lovely, the room was large and clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool is as closed and there was a limited breakfast, but that was all fine. I would definitely recommend staying at one of the Paradise properties if you are looking to stay in Phimai. The Paradise House, while we didn’t end up staying there, also looked like a lovely property and if the staff there are as good as at the Hotel then I’m sure it would have also been a wonderful stay.

Pro & Con's staying in a wooden room”

Interesting place to stay for a few days. Wooden rooms nicely decorated but a bit small. Only uncomfortable was the bathroom outside the room,. Walking through a lobby in the middle of the night to go to your toilet ... 🤔

Staff unable to speak english, breakfast included = no breakfast”

The place has a lot of charm, despite the fact the bathrooms are not in the bedrooms (but still private bathrooms). Its very clean and 2 minutes from the Phimai historical park. We booked a deluxe bedroom we found too tiny so we were able to uprgrade to a junior suit for our 2 nights stay, and paid for it. 1 hour later the staff lady came to tell us she had another reservation for the 2nd night and that we will have to change the next day. So we had to refuse firmly before she accepts to call the other guest to ask them to make a different reservation. Staff english is so poor that its very difficult to be understood and comunicate. The staff lady told us the first day that breakfast is included (thai soup, or american breakfast charged 120 bahts), and occurs between 7 and 10am. But on the morning, at 9am, no staff, nobody, no breakfast... its a shame...

Children in the swimming pool that weren't staying at the hotel were both loud and intimidating my daughter, they also were begging for money.

great spot, nice rooms and hotel area, best shower we had in thailand, right next to Prasat Phimai. really enjoyed the stay. definitely go get dinner at the night market and come back and eat in the courtyard of the hotel

Fantastic stay”

Only 2mins walk from the historical park, the property was jst perfect. You get your own toilet which is not attached to your room, but its only 5s walk; so not really a big deal. Would definitely recommend!

Good for one night . ”

Beautiful old house , everthing in quality wood but very noisy . You can hear every little noise from the connecting rooms . Private bathroom but not connected to the room . Fun for one night but not convenient for longer stays . Right opposite to the entry to the historical park .
