Wonderful place and staff”
Absolutely fabulous place, we had a room with fantastic view thanks to getting a upgrade when we arrived. Right from coming off the plane the service was flawless. They had a ride waiting for us, arrived to a warm welcome at hotel. Room was so beautiful and spotless clean. Very comfortable, kettle for tea, fridge, very large room. Everyday we felt so welcome. Great restaurant on the beach front, lots of sun loungers and very clean large pool.

Wonderful ”
This is one of the nicest places on the beach. The rooms are similar to each other, save for the views, and kept clean. There is enough space in the bathrooms for an enclosure to keep the shower area dry but unfortunately, that has not been done so the whole area gets wet. It did not bother us though as although the hotel is simple, it is lovely and the staff was attentive, helpful, friendly and courteous at all times and that made up for everything. We had issues with our the phone and the tv when we checked in and the staff immediately moved us to a better room. Lovely seaview from our balcony and the restaurant on the beach was simply wonderful. The food was so good and reasonably priced; we ate there every day. It was always lively there too because of the music played throughout the day. Great place to chill and relax. We checked out some of the other places along the beach but much preferred this one. Many thanks to Tiap who took very good care of us at the restaurant every day, and to Bic, Nyah and Yu (who checked us out); hope I got their names right. Nothing we asked for was too much for them and they made our stay simply delightful. Can't wait to return.

they were accommodating to us with our young under 1yr old son. the restaurant food was decently priced and delicious. all of the staff was super friendly. the pool was big and clean. we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Amazing place: great location, nice own beach, good room, spacious balcony with seaview. The only issue I didn't like was not enclosed shower, so floor in the bathroom is constantly wet. But that's just a tiny detail comparing to all other advantages. Highly recommend

The location of the place is perfect - there are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby, but it is not noisy. The pool is just amazing, right at the sandy beach, we could have spent another 50 days happily there :D The room was ok, nothing special, pretty basic, bed was comfy but the bathroom didnt have a curtain or anything, so the whole bathroom floor was wet all the time - this is basically the only thing we didnt like here. Other than that I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Lucky to found this hotel”
It is located exactly in front of the beach. The room booked was at the first floor. But due to low season, I have been offered an upgrade to the deluxe room at the top. The room was so clean and the view from here was super nice, you can see the sunset so clear which makes you couldn’t move until it’s ended. It’s a romantic spot for honeymoon. I will definitely come back to Phu Quoc and choose this hotel again.

The room was large and clean and the A/C worked well. We only could have had a better sheet or blanket as the one we had seemed too small for a king size bed. The bathroom was also very large with double glazed door. The pool looked lovely and the beach was right there. The restaurant was good and inexpensive. The staff are all so friendly.

Good but can be improved”
My room (201) is clean and has a really beautiful view (a combination of pool view and sea/beach view). The private beach is beautiful but not private completely, people from outside (of the hotel) are still able to get into the beach. The swimming pool is nice also, very clean and good. The staffs are friendly and helpful but sometimes nobody is available at the hotel, we have to contact them via mobile phone for getting support. Facilities in the room are quite good but somethings do not work properly (i.e. the air conditioner remote and the desk lamp). I don't care about the desk lamp but I had to work around with the AC remote (a battery slot gets trouble and the corresponding battery does not fit so the power source is not stable) to make it works well.

Great, strategic and quiet place”
The location is on the beach, quiet and is convenient if you want to get to other places too. Great place to have dinner and enjoying sunset here. Pool is decently big. Room is spacious. If you are staying at the sea view room, be prepare of the strong wind. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free taxi ride to airport!

Good and prefect location”
Its 10mint away from main town. This resort is right front of long beach... have good restaurant with good meals and good Vietnam coffee. The staff are good and able to communicate in English. The resort bit inside from main road like 5 7 mint walk but have shops and other hotels long the alley. Do not worry its safe. Just that the bedroom do not have thick comforter.

Lovely hotel”
My stay at this hotel was lovely and relaxing, no late night bars, no blazing music. Just a lovely bar called cheeky traveller with live music by quality musicians right next door. Right on the beach also with a lovely swimming pool. Rooms were a good size. One thing make sure you get a room overlooking the beach, sunset is spectacular. Excellent place. Will book again.

Great relaxing hotel at a very nice beach hotel”
We had a sea view facing room which gave us a view of the wonderful sunset. The staff were very friendly & helpful. You can just literally step out of the pool on to the beach while its restaurant is right on the beach. Lots of beach chairs to relax on. I would definitely stay here again

Awesome place with beach, pool and comfortable room”
The place is in a great location, I enjoyed walking out for dinner in the many places nearby be it by the beach or main road. The pool is nice although we found something dirty in the jacuzzi end. We loved the access to the beach and that we could order from the restaurant. Too bad the restaurant staff were very forgetful, forgot our order altogether three different times in three days. The property is very nice and it has WiFi throughout, the towels are easily accessed and I appreciated the beach chairs although it can get packed early in the day. I would highly recommend this place!

Very cheap price, spacious room. Got upgrade as well. Should go for the seaview cos it is very nice. Walk straight to the beach. Close to main street as well.

Overall is nice, except the hotel surrounding can be cleaner. Better to have a bike to travel around. Love the pool, hopefully all guests can wash the feet before entering the pool...lots of sand in there. Still a good place to relax!

Good value for money”
Stayed for 2 nights and choose this hotel as had good reviews and wanted somewhere on the beach, location was good and beach bar/ restaurant served nice food and breakfast. Unfortunately due to the season the sea was a bit rough and having walked along the beach there were not many other places open so we were limited to where we could go. As other reviewers have said, there is a lot of debris washed up on the shore. The hotel was clean and facilities okay, a nice stay
