Came here for a staycation with my boyfriend and it was very relaxing. Location is beautiful. We didn't know we would be receiving $100 worth of restaurant/room service vouchers so that was a nice surprise when we arrived. Would recommend.

I travelled around the world and this resort is a must stay! There are hiking trails, swimming pools, views, friendly staff and it's very clean!

Great Resort”
It's a great resort! It was clean, staff were friendly and the campus was well maintained. Also, so thankful elevators were available. Negatives: 1. Some pools closed at 6 p.m. However, the real time is 11 p.m. 2. Hard to navigate the campus initially. Numbers should be on multiple parts of the building. Drove around the small "streets" for many minutes.

It is a perfect location for a quick escape from the Phoenix area. If you are looking for a romantic getaway with your partner, this is the place to go as there are various pools that the resort has to offer for guests. I strongly recommend this hotel for the gorgeous views and romantic backgrounds for a perfect date night.

Agoda did not book what my confirmation showed”
I booked a 2 bedroom grande suite and received confirmation upon checking I was told agoda booked a 1 bedroom signature suite. We didn’t have enough space for family who paid for the second room. Entire engagement get away ruined

This hotel was nice for a couple or family, its nestled into a mountain so the views of Phoenix are quite stunning. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of activities this is not the place. No night life at all, two restaurants Different pointe of view is worth a visit just to watch the sunset and have a drink, if your looking for romance or celebrating an event this would be a nice place to have dinner. The only other dining option on property is a restaurant with a very limited menu and a large bar. You can also pick up lunch and drinks at the pool. Although this property is nice I wouldn't want to go back, when on vacation I like a hotel that has a nightlife, music etc.

The facilities are needing some care”
The hotel is in need of some upkeep, with disrepair showing in some concrete work, railings and walkways. Roof tiles show widespread breakage with some apparently teetering on the edge. With the exorbitant "resort fees" one would think repairs could be managed.

I'd say it's about time for the mattresses to be replaced. Very uncomfortable, springs sprung in a few areas... making it difficult to get comfortable and/or a good night's sleep. The bar, and room service close at 10pm on a Friday night. Overall not what I expected.

The parking was an absolute joke, we spent over 45 mins trying to find parking the first time and after returning later that evening over and hour to park. The hotel is on a mountain side so the parking we found was a 20 hike, yes I do mean hike back to our room. We have 2 small children and I asked 2 staff members for directions to our room on this hike back and both just blew me off or say that rooms far without follow up. We reported to the front desk once we found it, at this point it was nearly 11 and we had returned at 9:30, they did refund our parking cost and give us a shuttle to our room. But my biggest concern was there lack of concern, I’m an RN and the fact that cars were parked on all fire lanes, and the front desk knew and just said it’s busy this time of year, really concerned me if there was some kinda of fire or mass casualty, very few people would safely make it off of that mount. I have stayed at multiple Hilton’s, this was the worse by far.

It wasn't until the last night that we noticed that there was bugs all over the window sill in the couch is under the bed and you expect to go to a nice hotel and I have to look for this kind of things but the company did not do anything whatsoever to help us accommodating us for the inconvenience of the bugs I will never visit or stay at this location ever again good night

Great Resort”
We have stayed at this resort with our children on more than one occasion. The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are large and comfortable. We always enjoy our stay at Tapatio Cliffs.
