The entrance of the hotel was very elegant, with friendly and welcoming staff, tick! tick!The rooms we stayed in was spacious with a tub and a small balcony just enough for the lovely view. Only flaw was the amenities could have been a bit better due to the room being best in the building. Overall with staff being extremely friendly in many ways, I would recommend Princess Saigon Central. Ticks for excellent service.!!

Staff was kind and tried to help us. Breakfast was nice and room wasn't so big compared to the price. Bed was good and clean. The location was nice and I couldn't hear any kind of noises at the room.

Good Hotel with great location”
We stayed here for 5 nights as a couple . We found the staff of the hotel to be amazing and very friendly. Location is great only a 2 min walk to the night market and less than 1 min to the street food market which has great street food and is very cheap. Breakfast is very basic but have options at the moment due to low numbers . Room was clean and serviced daily but room was a little on the small side (typical in Ho Chi Minh) room air con very cold

I can recemmend this Hotel for Sightseeing or Business trip. The room with view had a window and was slighty bigger than other Rooms. All the staff was very friendly to me. They helped wherever they could. Only the breakfast is a bit below expectations, a scrampled egg can easily take 20 minutes, and the breakfast room is un Basement Floor.

Avery nice Hotel; good value for money the staff really go out of their way to help and serve I returned for a second visit and the elevator was not working (i Had A mobility problem)but the staff thought about this and gave me room on the first floor I did not have to asked they remembered from my previous visit a week before before this stay

Hotel is very clean. Staff friendly especially Ms Kris and Ms Vy who were instrumental and very much Helpful. I strongly commend them for their excellent work.

Adjoining building construction goes on till 2am on Sunday”
We book a room on 9 Aug and checked in on the 10Aug late in the afternoon. It is such a disappointment to find that the staff did not inform us that constructions were going on in the adjoining building when we checked in. We realized it when we were back later in the night. About seven odd workers were doing the concrete pouring and work just a few floors down our very window, on to the top level of an incomplete building next to our room. As it was a Saturday, the thinking was that it would stop soon. It did not. This goes on to 2 am on Sunday! I called to complained and staff were apologetic but said they were only informed on the day. It is such a lame excuse. They could have been forward about this and inform us when we checked in, or move us to a quieter spot or suggest another hotel for the night. It is a hotel with good location and clean environment so it pains me to write this negative feedback. Please look elsewhere until the construction work is completed.

The Rooms are bit run down and definitely would benefit a renovation. The hotel is near a school, quite noisy in the morning. However, the room had a comfy feeling and I got it for really cheap. Overall a good stay, acceptable and great location at walking distance from pretty much anywhere

The room was smaller than I imagine. I do like eating breakfast in the secluded restaurant, unlike other hotels. I wish they would have more food items to choose from. The food is decent not as bad.
