Our flight arrived really late at night so we were worried they might not be open but they were and we were relived since it was our first night in country. Room was clean bed was comfortable and pretty easy to find.

Exceptional hotel”

Very friendly and helpful staff - English is widely spoken. Immediately next door to the right is a coffee shop, to the left a great restaurant. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Saigon.

East to find hotel because main road. Neat to airport and various markets. Kind people in hotel and no insect in a room Long distance from foreingn street in down town but cat go 6,000vnd by bus.(to ben tanh market)

Good Staff and Facilities”

All you need is there. Staff is friendly and helpful, even take the time to use Google Translate to chat and share tourist spot when I ask them. However, its not the place to go around as the surrouding closes early and there is nothing much to visit except a golf course.

OK hotel”

Cleaning lady threw away my medication that must be prescribed in the US. The afternoon female receptionist puts me in a small smoking room with a huge picture of a naked woman and there was an old man next room kept smoking. I could smell the cigarette smoke in my room. The light exploded and didn't turn back on. I paid over $500 USD for a non-smoking room and did not get what I paid. The night receptionist changed me to a better room non-smoking. I really appreciate the night receptionist for being so helpful.

nice hotel. clean room. nothing bad to say about it. Not really a lot to do around it, but was a nice break from district 1 craziness. People around the hotel was super nice and friendly.

3rd times stay but the check in girl is really not professional.she have the computer but why see my cellphone all the time and use my phone send email to someone.i booked room much times in agoda.its the first time i see so ridiculous check in girl.

Value. Charm. Go Vap”

I wanted a place in Go Vap district, and that's what I got. Charming staff, who bent over backwards to be Friendly and helpful. Language barrier dealt with using our smart phones, and some persistent patience. Clean room, if a bit worn round the edges. No electricity for the first few hours was trying, in the 35C heat. Overall, you get what you pay for, but in this case it had the additional bonus of wonderful, welcoming staff.

Best place to be in Phuket Town”

Staff is sooo great. The pool is amazing. You need to rent a motobike if you want to discover things around Phuket Town. Otherwise, it's pretty much quiet. I loved my stay, that's why i've stay longer.

i stayed for two days it was very nice. inexpensive. a bit far from the center city area but pretty close to the airport. there were lots of small shops and restaurants in the area. the internet was pretty fast. the shower got pretty hot. the staff did not speak any english but tried hard to help you while you were staying there.

We are local travellers roaming around the city and have chosen Quang Trung for its location to explore Govap area. Good facilities, come with large and furnished bedroom, cleam toilet, good wiew through the windows and friendly staff. Will strongly recommend it to travellers, especially for those who has their own bikes/rent one if you dont.

On arrival, I was that I would be given a different room but still same size and cost as my booking. The next day, I had to pack up all my things, and move to another room. It was really inconvenient. Shouldn't a room booking be honored after I have paid for it in advance? The water pressure is really inadequate and the hot water is just not hot enough. I did not enjoy my stay and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
