Excellent service by the staff and comfortable stay”
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful at all times!! I feel comfortable and safe while staying. On the con side is, the hotel breakfast menu is always the same everyday and my room heater does not seems to be working too. But overall I like the hotel and will come back again when I visit Helsinki!!

Amazing stay”
The place is nice. And the location was good with a nice view. Tram was just walking distance. And the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Helsinki.

Excellent hospitality ”
I used this hotel for participating marathon and I wanted to use shower after having checked out. They kindly offered me to use sauna after the race so it helped me a lot. Although the breakfast tables were not cleaned on time(because of the peak time), The interior was fantastically featured and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, extremely central (a walk away from the city centre) . Great value for money, friendly staff, breakfast had a lot of options

Great Location for City Trams and Walking”
A comfortable hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were all so helpful and went out of their way to help one......one of the best ever. The cafe for breakfast was very good and staff very attentive. The 3rd morning the chef at the omelette station said he had run out of eggs!!!! As I had ordered 2 fried eggs. Then a few minutes later a tray of eggs appeared!!! Housekeeping was hit and miss,the second day we didn’t receive any housekeeping and I had to call for clean towels (room 520). The 3rd day he turned up at 4.55pm....very late....they seem overstretched.

We were lucky to get three rooms facing the harbour and are happy with the facilities in the room. The tram to the city is just about 2 minutes walk away.

Fantastico”
It is accessible via trams 6 & 9 from the central train station area. Since we had night flight home, we had late check out at 4pm... we really appreciate that.

Chill one in Helsinki”
The hotel is closely located at the West Harbour Terminal. Walkable distance from the central area or few minutes ride by Uber. I was impressed by the chill style of this hotel and rooms are nicely decorated. Clean room and has everything we need.

I got a room which was absolutely tiny and depressing with almost no light. So little space I coud barely move. After asking at the reception whether this is the standard room which I booked indeed, I was changed. However still, I am astonished that the hotel of this standard can even propose a room like that moreover for a price of 140EUR. Moreover the shower was not very clear, there was hair of the previous guests in the shower.

Bad located room, very noisy, a person entered our room in the night having the same room key, room was not cleaned 6pm when we came back from day city trip. No recommendation to go again . Much better hotels in Helsinki

We stay in for days here and we like the hotel,our room is big the staff are very friendly and the food are good. I like the city is not so far to walking distance. We chose this hotel because we like the place near in sea side and we want to back here next time.We are from Norway ♥️🇳🇴

Great view and superb location ”
This hotel will definitely be our choice if we revisit Helsinki. Breakfast selection is good, location is convenient. If you would like to head to the shopping area, tram 7 and 9 can bring you there in less than 15mins. And the tram station is just 2mins walk outside the hotel. We also get a breathtaking view of the seaside from the balcony.
