We stayed 4 nights at this 1 Bed Room Apartment, and liked it a lot. It’s located in a quiet local neighborhood with many shops, cafes around the corner and very friendly people. The crowded tourist/backpacker/party street/s are in 30’ walking distance or approx. 10’ by Grab Taxi, the Nguyen Hue Walking Street in >15’. Our room at 4th floor (lift!) was nicely equipped with a cooking corner/kitchen equipment, TV, fridge, good AC as well as seating options and a big bed w/semi-hard mattress. The room & bath was very clean (daily cleaned). The owner speaks perfectly English and will at your disposal if you need him (he was so kind and offered support with our booking issue!). The staff was very kind and helped (thanks to Google-Translator). The check-in/out was very easy. In a nutshell; this place you’ll like a lot, it’s quiet and the value for money was exceptional, and we can only recommend it!

Great place to stay, staff and owner were extremely helpful. Very clean and spacious, great value for money. It gets booked up quite quickly so dont leave it last minute to extend your stay as we got caught out! Good location away from the hustle and tourism heavy District 1. Short 20 minute walk to Ben Thanh market

We loved our stay here so much we extended 3 times! It was the best location for exploring Saigon, a quick jaunt over to the main tourist zone, and right in the heart of the best street food and local restaurants. We felt like we were in a much more local area, instead of the zoo-like District 1. The staff were kind, although spoke little English, room was cleaned everyday, the place was spotless. Smart TV with Netflix was definitely an added bonus. Great value for what we paid.

Excellent value, spacious room and a good location. Plenty of local food options and coffee shops nearby. Grab taxi helps with quick and cheap motorbike rides. Cleaning staff can be very noisy in the morning, otherwise no complaints. I Will definitely stay again if I'm at district 4.

Our room was clean and had more than what we needed, including a kitchen setup. The bathroom light wasn't working, but because of translucent walls, we had enough light. The bed was rather hard, but we could handle that for a couple of nights. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Big room and good facilities. Wifi is weak inside guest room. Bed a bit hard. Hotel staff start cleaning rooms in early morning around 7.45am and make a lot of noise. I would suggest they do their cleaning jobs after 9am as some guests still sleeping at that time.

Large rooms with kitchenette and cutlery provided, which was plus. 15-20 minutes walk to walking street. Not recommended for a first visit to HCMC. Staff have limited English, with exception of owner who was friendly and made himself available via telephone. However, no information on tours or attractions. We took grab to navigate for the most part.

It is down and alley and away from the street, but it works for that late-night flight in or that early morning flight out. I use it for preparing to move into my 4 or 5-star accommodations. I hate to see a half-night be paid full price due to a late flight.
