Cheap, good location, clean”
Great location, staff are really nice. Room is clean, has a desk to work from, and had great wifi. Can be a little noisy from road noise, but you get that everywhere. I would definitely look at staying again.

It's ok for my normal case”
I needed a late night to check in and out at early morning on the day after, that's why it's very cool for me because this place is near by my road to start journey tomorrow. The room is clean enough, but it's small a bit. Hot water is slow but fine. Cablr is not ok. Staff is nice when helping me check in/out late fastly.

Can't Beat the Price”
The hotel was incredibly cheap compared to alternatives, which made it unbeatable for a room with a private bathroom (40% less). It's located in an area that has some restaurants and convenience stores, but is also within a 20 minute walk of the Lotte Center complex in D7, which has everything. In addition, D1 is a quick motorbike ride away with Grab. There was a good cable TV selection and plenty of wardrobe space and covered parking for the motorbike. Not all the facilities were working properly, particularly warm to cool water in the shower and a refrigerator that didn't work. The room smelled slightly musty, and there was an tiny ant invasion if you left any crumbs at all out. However, the maid service was available on request and the room was kept clean enough. The staff were helpful.

A wonderful night”
Located in the residential area, so the place with that was really peaceful and quiet. Just 10 minutes from The District 1 with a nice roon and the view in the evening was miraculous. I have watched a show called "Sai Gon I love You" on the 1st night I fell in love with this city. But some still bother me, the way to my room just like going in a warehouse, the toilet is a bit small so I don't have much of a comfort using it. Beside that the room was beyond my wish, with a large TV, well-operated AC, big glass

Excellent Room but Awful Staff”
It was our first time to have an out of the country travel and it came out that our first night became a really disappointing night. We arrived at 2 am at the hotel and that time, we found a sleeping staff just behind the counter. He seems to be annoyed when I woke him up. I handed out my phone for him to see our reservation and he seemed not to know what he's doing. So I asked him if he needs the screenshot of the booking or the receipt (since it's our first time). But then he answered me in a rude manner. After our booking has been confirmed, he asked for our passport but their photocopier isn't working. We waited for a couple of minutes,still, he doesn't know how to fix it. So we end up leaving our passport at that counter (which we never should've done in the first place). We told him that we'll just pick it up after 15 mins. only for us to find out that he's sleeping again. Well, that's the only thing that really disappointed us. But for the place, I can say it's worth your money.

Very close to the bus stop of bus 152 to the airport or the city centre, just 5000 dongs for the trip. No signs for the bus stop, just use google maps, its in front of VP bank. Really nice pho in the shop next to the bus stop. Less than 8 dollars for a private room with bathroom and aircon. Could not complain. Only downside, no buses after 6 pm. Have to use grab or take a taxi.

Good place. Far from City centre.Has traffic in evenings if you go. Local seafood places nearby. Good for business travelers and if you have a car/ bike. 3.5/5 from me. All facilities good including good Wi-Fi.

many ants on the beds, i asked the receptionist to handle it, he asked a cleaner to change the sheet,quilt cover,pillow cover. but the ants were inside the wall gap and wooden bed, it's no use, several minutes later they were in quilt an sheet again. i fighted all night with the ants and without any sleep. also my superior room with no window with bad smell, and poor wifi signal. it's a terrible experience!

This hotel is rude ,scam ,lie ,stay away”
The first day come to check in 07/05/19 ,they give me the 6floor I see not good not bad so so and I told them to keep that room when I back ,the reception said after 2pm ,okay , I came back 5pm they said that room been sold to other customer than they give me the first floor it very small size 16/168 not the same I did book from agoda on web ,I book the size 20/215 no smoke OMG !!! It bad smell ,mold, also smoke in the room very bad ,I go to take shower the water not going down that is so bad it flood I did told agoda how bad situation I did not know what agoda told them ,the receptionist call me back and they said will change another room tomorrow Next day morning 07/06/19I came down reception they give 2floor I did check is okay ,I told him to keep it when I back after 2pm I back to hotel the reception said no room he already sold to another customers the same situation yesterday they told me I’m so tire no sleep for the first day for bad smell and room very bad
