Hotel piacevole e cortesia nel servizio”

Io e mia madre abbiamo passato due notti deliziose, l'albergo non è centralissimo ma comodissimo per raggiungere le mete di maggior interesse, anche a piedi (ad es il check-point Charly). La stanza è piccola e in effetti potrebbe essere arredata in modo un po' più funzionale ma i letti sono comodi e l'ambiente ben riscaldato. Anche le stanze che non sono provviste di doccia e wc sono fornite di un lavabo e comunque la toilette con doccia e altro lavandino è immediatamente raggiungibile, ampia e pulita. L'hotel offre svariati servizi come guide e la possibilità di affittare biciclette a prezzi concorrenziali. Ottima e abbondante la colazione e personale quasi tutto gentile e disponibile. Nelle immediate vicinanze troverete ristoranti di buona qualità e ottimo prezzo, nonché un supermercato, un negozio di accessori e un bar per fumatori(una specie di circolo per gli amanti del calcio con 2 maxischermi), utilissimo per fumare al caldo anche durante le sere invernali: ottimi i prezzi.

Just what we needed”

We had booked an Airbnb that became a disaster and we needed a space very quickly to stay for three nights. The last minute value online of a sale price was perfect and the staff at the hotel are friendly, understanding and professional. The hotel and its decor are a bit dated but it's maintained very well.

Best value anywhere near Mitte. Wifi in room was ok at times.

Fair quality for a fair price”

One of the women in the reception was incredibly rude when we asked for the Wi-Fi password and seemed to just generally hate her job. The other employees we talked to were nice but this kind of ruined it for us. The standard of the room was poor: a washed out, huge stain greeted us and there was a large crack in the toilet bowl. The interior design is depressing and feels like the early 90's. For us it didn't matter though since we did not spend a lot of time in our room, so it was fine under the circumstances and for that price (around €50 per night or so for a double room). I will not be returning however.

They renovated”

During Berlin Film Fest, I always stay at this hotel, because 1) Very good cost performance, reasonable price including breakfast and free internet, 2) Near to the main event places for the fest. 3) The room is small but warm and cozy. And I suppose they have renovated their equipment gradually. A few years ago, I stayed there and had the problem of internet, but it's OK this time.Comparing nh hotel or Holiday inn near there, this hotel's cost performance is far better. Only the minus point is there's no laundry service.

I was surprised by the fact that there was no bathroom in the unit. On the website, the way the facility was described was not sufficiently clear as to whether there is private bathroom.

All in all good. Areas for improvement: provided WiFi was rather unstable, we booked quadruple room but we got a double room (still big enough)

Nice Hotel with Great Breakfast”

A nice cozy Hotel in a good location,near various Bus Stops and Train Stations.Reception and some room are on the second floor,with the rooms that share Bathroom facilities are on the ground floor.There are a variety of shops,bars and cafes in the near vicinity.They put out a Great Breakfast in the morning,and the rooms are very comfortable.

Convenient and Good Value”

The hotel is conveniently located for the main sites of Berlin, with Checkpoint Charlie and the Reichstag in easy walking distance. The rooms are large but a bit basic, but the hotel is good value and a good place to stay for exploring Berlin. We were able to park on the street outside for free too. Breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel with great service”

i had a single room with own shower. the room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. shower was hot, which was what i really need in such cold weather, as i'm not used to the cold. i didnt get a chance to eat at the hotel. but the staffs were always very nice. i arrived few hours before check-in time and they let me in without any trouble ^^. the manager was very helpful. he gave me advice and showed directions as of where to go. i'm very happy with my stay at this hotel.

Centrally located hotel with spacious room”

The hotel was recommended to us as a no-frills, centrally placed hotel with nice rooms. We were very satisfied to find that the rooms were spacious, well maintained and comfortable (we chose the more expensive room with en-suite amenities).

No problem”

It's second time to stay there and I felt cozy again. It's small hotel using the old German House but it's warm enough and the shower is hot and bed is soft. There are many high class hotels around Sony Center but I prefer to stay there.
