very clean and well organized apartment complex. Rooms are big and modern, big balcony. Easy access to the beach. Make sure you have sea view, otherwise if your apartment faces the main road will be noisy from traffic

Excellent value”
Nice and sparkling clean room (Studio with partial sea view on the 7th floor). Excellent location. The place seems to fully comply with the current sanitary regulations. I will certainly return.

Nice place & Service ”
Nice and suitable for family room due to kitchenette (e.g. electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, plates, bowls, spoons, forks ), terrace, private shower + toilet room, cupboards and wardrobe. But the car park is quite small.

Great Location”
Stayed here for a week. The Apartment grows on you close to the Beack for a kite or Swim in the morning decent Gym great pool and sunbathing Area. Read were the staff were unfriendly this was certainly not the case needed some coat hangers and a new fry pan and Bango no problem , Close to Market village and having a 711 down stairs is a defenite bonus for a quick sandwich or Milk and a loaf of bread. Downside need more english internetional TV stations wanted to stream some movies onto Tv bought a usb cable but wouldnt work on older tv definately come back good value for money and a GREAT Bed.

The room was large and clean. Staff were friendly. Location is acceptable consider the price. It's closed to the city, and a beach. However, when we were there the pool was under renovation.

Perfect Location”
Great value for money. Loved our stay at Rocco. We arrived to a clean room with all utilities working. We got a different room to what was advertised but was still great. Staff are willing to help but English is not very good. Gym is okay, and pool is beautiful but very very cold. Both shopping centres are within 5 minute walk. Beach is an easy walk down. There is also a restaurant next door that does all you can eat Mexican on Saturdays. Activities are not too far. Make sure you ask staff about them. Taxi’s in Hua Hin are tok expensive and should not be more than 800-1000 baht for a day trip. If you are interested in a day trip ask the staff for assistance. I am half-thai, take my advice :)

The positives heavily out weigh the Negatives. Start with Positives Nice well appointed apartment functional Kitchenette microwave rice cooker electric stove moderate size fridge nice designer bathroom and a comfortable bed with good air conditioning Great location close to the beach Market Village shopping centre and across the road from the Hospital. also a 711 downstairs and a cash machine that gives you a fair exchange rate. Basic but clean and functional gym and a nice pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. and it is Great value for money. Negatives it is facing the main road and hospital not a Seaview as advertised .With many things happening in the world Tv has 10 Thai channels and Al-Jazeera and one French station they could be more generous with international Chanel's I tried to stream using a USB cable to laptop but YV are only just functional and USB port didn't work. saying that Wi fibis strong

Great room, Good location but Bad Wi-fi Connection”
- Plenty space (include kitchen) - Nearby shopping mall, hospital and can walk to the beach by 10 mins. - We stayed on the weekend and got problem with Wi-fi connection. I phoned reception (from a phone number that they gave) and they told me because of many people were using Wi-fi then it would interrupt the network. After that night until the check-out date. This issue wasn't fixed. That's the thing I don't' satisfy.

Located about 2km away from Hua Hin town centre but easily reachable with Grab. My apartment was spacious and complete with kitchen and utensils. Swimming pool was good. Security also good. The beach was just a about 10 minutes walk. There was a 7 Eleven below this apartment too.

room was not ready when check in and we have to wait for them to fix the sink until 4 pm. staffs were helpful but we were there on long weekend so they were super busy with guests. didn't check out the swimming pool so no comment. 7-11 in front of building, very convenient. room was ok, sofa bed is good in size and comfy enough but not clean. AC work well even tho it is only is bedroom and we had to use fan to make it cool faster. not as noisy as we thought even though the room is on street side but 8th floor make the noise not bad.

A very nice, well equipped, condo with pool etc. It was a little further from the beach than I expected but otherwise was great. I would consider staying there again.
