I am always happy with the apartment.Stay here several times and always satisfied Local food restaurant, big apartment, and in a quiet street close to Benthanh market, war museum... The staffs very friendly and helpful There are a grocery store GS within 100 m You can rent a motorcycle and there is parking downstairs for free The breakfast like a bonus

The building, rooms, furniture, air conditioner.....are too old. They may be clean but they give you a feeling of dirtiness. Breakfast is inconsistent.

at first, it looked not bad,quite clean and good. but when we lied on the bed and were covered by the blanket, It was horribly itchy. when we saw our skin, there are many mites(we guessed) bites!!! we couldn't sleep anymore and just stayed on the couch in the living room. and also we saw many mites and bugs on our baggage later. it was awful!!!

The carpet was so dirty and apartment was so dusty. The airconditioner was not clean, the filter was full of dust, we clean up the filter so that we can use. All the air conditioner remote control was not working. We found an half eaten bread throw behind the TV stand.

Recommended as a place to stay while in HCM. Away from the bustle yet near enough to get to D1. Clean and nice folks. Will be a strong recommendation if not for the price going up.
