Didnt expect the room are spacious, clean & comfortable!! Everything went well just that the restaurant was too slow. Had booked the accom with breakfast. Went to the reception, the staff ask me to sit & waiting a long time.. the reception staff was gone & asking the staff about the breakfast. I think their didnt understand (language barrier) so I just ignore it & went to other reataurant for food!

But everything else was ok. I was very pessimistic given the bad reviews that I have read. But I was very surprised. The receptionist did speak English and helped with my luggage. The room as pictured. There was even hot water. There was no drinking water provided though but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Request for two bed two room but they provide me unexpected. Not satisfies. In agoda was mention breakfast include but actually not. I will never visit this hotel again.

Walking distance to convience store ,night market and easy to reach by transportation. The staff is super nice. Always try to makesure everything as what we ask for. Just the facilities is not so good. The bed is hard. The water heater having problem but if after inform, they do quick fixed. And the iron have to request. Take long time for them to deliver the iron to the room. Other than that, with what we paid. We satisfy with staying here. For Muslim, better stay at Malaysia Street as easy to get halal food.

Do not consider about Breakfast at all . the attitude is you had to ask weather today breakfast is there or not ..as i was staying during holidays new year. what you get is Bun and omelet basic . 2 days i did not get breakfast and i was charged for water 2 bottles . I mean ...but location is good

The bedroom is ok, and easy to hear noises from travelers on the same floor. Also, breakfast is the worst ever from all my travel experiences, better to go out to eat. If you want to save high hotel expense, this hotel is ok for you.

Hot water was only available during the day. Shampoo containers were dirty. The floor of the room was dirty. Some hair strings were found in the towels. No garage, motorbikes were parked in the hotel hall, which was very inconvenient every time I needed to take the bike in or out. The receptionist forgot to give me back my ID card (well, partially it's my fault too). Poor lighting in the room. The toilet door was broken. The elevator was extremely small (fit at most 4 people), and the stairs were blocked by a pile of bed sheets and towels. Thankfully no disaster happened, otherwise I'm 99% sure I'd be dead.
