Overall nice hotel - few improvements ”
Staff is very professional and sweet, hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is good, and location is convenient. Good for short work trips. The only main problem at the hotel is noise, especially if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to it, as it seems the walls are quite thin. During our stay, we could hear the water running from another room (when they are using the washroom) and any noise outside the door to our room is quite loud (people talking by the elevator, trolley, phone from another room). Another thing is lack of hooks or towel rails in the room. There were only two hooks in different spots and could've been a few more to hang the other towels instead of leaving them on the counter.

I would give this hotel 5/5. - Room was clean and has a pleasant smell. - Amenities was complete. - Staff was pleasant. My first booking was with Alagon but was super disappointed with their room and staff so I walked out the next day and chose M Hotel. It’s the best decision I made. Highly recommended!

Modern hotel in a great location, with lots of restaurants, malls and bars. Cons include road and interior hotel noise.

This hotel is in an excellent location. I stayed in a room on the 7th floor with good views out over the neighbourhood. The sleeping and desk area are well designed. Reception was friendly and efficient. The location in D1 is central if you want access to everything around the walking street and Saigon Centre. The bathroom design had some small quirks which i found bizarre. They need a shelf in the shower for the soap and shampoo because I had to carry it in from the outside sink and put it on the floor to use. The curtain separating the shower from the toilet is also pointless as the floor gets wet anyway. The rails for the sliding doors to the shower/toilet had soap scum on them. Overall would recommend for this price point,

The bed is soft and comfortable. The view is so great from the top, I like the big window around and sun shine come in the floor. If gonna say what I didn't like is there no hot water from bathtub's faucet, so can't enjoy hot bath which is really disappointing.

Central stay”
We stayed at the hotel for one night, New Years 2020. We chose it due to its centrality and proximity to city attractions and the new year fireworks. Was very impressed with the location, functionality of the room and staff service. Walking distance to most sites in the city, lots of food and drinking options nearby and shopping malls around the corner. Would recommend for a central location to get out and explore sites.
