“Would not recommend ”
We stayed in a room on the top floor of the hotel which the lift did not go to We had to get out the lift at the 5th floor and walk up a flight of stairs to reach our room. The stairs were not an issue however the door to the stairs did not have a handle which meant at times we had to wedge our fingers into the side of the door to open it to access the staircase. The bed was comfortable and clean however this was probably the only positive about the room. There was a window in the room but the blind was stuck down so we were unable to get any natural light into the room. There was a broken glass shelf in the bathroom which the bits of broken glass had just been left on the side - staff did quickly clear this up and fixed in a new shelf once we notified them of this The bath was unclean and had not been secured properly so it leaked and soaked the entire bathroom floor any time one of us used the shower. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was so poor that we were not actually able to use it, we had to wash our hands using the tap in the bath. The hotel requires a lot of work to improve its standards.
