Hotel pulito, personale molto crtese”

Nonostante la via ed ingresso sembrino di cattiva apparenza, l'interno delle camere risulta essere confortevole e pulito. Le camere sono dotate di frigo bar, aria condizionata, bagno con acqua calda e finestra. Si puo' accedere alle camere con ascensore, il che non guasta dopo una lunga camminata. Il personale e' molto disponibile.

Abbiamo preso la stanza base, un po' piccola ma con finestra. Il letto non è affatto male e l'aria condizionata non era affatto rumorosa come invece lo è stata in altri hotels. Il bagno invece è stata una sorpresa...sia chiaro, niente di eccezzionale...ma molto molto pulito, con ricambi giornalieri di salviette, bagnoschiuma, spazzolini e dentifricio. Punto debole: la colazione...scelta limitata e tassativamente ristretta....meglio saltarla ed andare a mangiare un boccone nei bar intorno all'hotel. Le colazioni costano niente. Altra nota dolente: l'organizzazione del tour a Cu Chi...eravamo d'accordo per il pick up alle 8.30....abbiamo più volte chiesto conferma...ci siamo alzati per far colazione con i tempi giusti ed infatti si sono presentati alle 8...colazione saltata...se ci avessero detto "guardate che il pick up è dalle 8 in avanti..." ci saremmo regolati diversamente...per 5 dollari di escursione cmq non ci si lamenta più di tanto. Per il resto l'escursione è ok anche se secondo me merita di più un giro in città che andare a vedere zone di guerra...opinione personalissima comunque.

Non mi è piaciuta la città anche se comunque è stata un'esperienza, decisamente diversa dal resto del Sud Est asiatico. Di conseguenza anche l'hotel non mi ha entusiasmata. Non posso però fare confronti con altri dello stesso posto; probabilmente, a parità di prezzo, sono uguali se non peggio. Devo dire che, nonostante la sporcizia del resto della città (che comunque fa parte di questi paesi e non mi stupisce più di tanto)la pulizia dell'hotel è buona.

Nice stay, located just 5 min. walk from well known walking street, room not so big but confortable, helpful staff for booking tour and transfer, only issue the a/c water leak and the bathroom window. Overall a good value for money paid.

Decisamente sporco”

Abbiamo rifiutato una stanza al piano terra (senza finestra) che puzzava come una cantina. Cambiato per una camera al terzo piano, abbiamo dovuto far cambiare lenzuola, asciugamani ecc perché vistosamente sporchi. Abbiamo ottenuto poco anche così. Dormito sui pareos e maglietta come federa. Sconsigliabile

I dont normally write reviews but I feel I need to after reading some of the other comments. This hotel is a budget hotel people seem to think you can get a 5 star hotel in VN for $10 a night. I have stayed at this hotel many times the location is terrific the staff are very friendly, yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean the wifi is fast, hot water good pressure. The fridge in the room is good I dont know what people expect for $20 a night, but I would totally recommend this place.

Not recommended with young children with large luggages cuz it's located in an alley. But if you're solo or adults travelers then would recommended. Staffs are very friendly.

It's not far from travler's street, but hard to find the place cause this is located in a small alley. Most of all, If you don't care about their service mindset and require any friendly attitude, it would not be a bad place for your stay. Good luck for you guys~

Disappointed with bed bugs”

Checking. The entrance to the place is in an alley way. Once we checked in we saw that our room was dirty. Mould in the washroom and spider webs in hallway and room. Bed bugs in the room and the room smelt mouldy. No windows. Ac was barely working. Tv was crappy. Bed uncomfortable. After we checking in we asked the front desk girl to reimburse us for the next day so we can go to another hotel. She agreed. Then Agoda told us that the manager said it was to short notice so we had to pay for a room we didn't stay in. I would give Agoda 1 Star for the way they handled the situation.

It is as basic as you can get for a hotel stay, so don't get there expecting too much. Housekeeping is actually only done on the weekend. The cafeteria you see in the photo is not in use - you have to make a call to get breakfast served. Wifi is also a little undependable. However, you simply can't beat its location (5 mins to Bui Vien street), and the fairly low room rates.
