We love here so much & Stay here again”
This is the 4th times we stay here! Because of the location, comfort apartment & quite neighbourhood. We stay in the one bed room apartment this time. With a lovely balcony, sofa bed & washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is much more bigger & able to have a family with 4 people to stay in. Sure we will stay here again!

This is the 3rd times I stay here. You just get the password to access the property & apartment anytime. No need to carry key at all! It’s only few minutes walking distance to Kamppi Shopping Mall, Metro & railway station. We love the quite neighbourhood here. Like staying in Ikea showroom with full kitchen equipment. And there is laundry room with washing machine & dryer place.

Very clean , modern and comfortable apart! They even gave us a pack of coffee so you can make fresh in the coffee machine for breakfast :) I would go back and recommend it!

Good location. Everything within reach. Kammpi station nearby. Easy to go around outside Helsinki. Walking distance to Tram 9 to get you to Tallinn.

Comfy, all-in-one studio apartment ”
It was a pretty good stay with SATO. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, enables us to cook during our stay. It was near Kamppi metro station too (just a stop from the central station). Loving the cable TV. Suggest for life upgrading and to build a ramp for easy luggage access both at the entrance, at the lobby to lift and at the basement if customer needs to use the storage room for luggage storage. Suggest for better beds (more sturdy ones) for a better back health. Thanks.

Almost Perfect”
Stayed in the studio apartment, which is 27 sq.m. Small but very clean and functional and the kitchen is perfectly designed and stocked, so only have to purchase your groceries. Almost all of the utensils are made by IKEA. Basically furnished but new and looked after. Perfect for business in central Helsinki and walking distance to harbour for day cruises along the coast. Many restaurants in walking distance, from take-aways through to fine dining. Stayed July 2015, travelled on business

There was a strong smell of food the moment we entered the apartment. As it was winter season, we could not ventilate the apartment. Moreover, the floor felt sticky and unclean. But the bedroom was clean enough, and the apartment was spacious. There were laundry room and sauna in the apartment building, but there weren't enough instructions to help to navigate our way and the basement corridor (as a connection) was extremely dark.

Spent two nights at the hotel. I'd say its an apartment, having a kitchen with all sorts of utensils you need for cooking and detergent for dish-washing. would be even better if basic seasonings were there. hotel suggest taking 2-stop metro from helsinki central station then walk another 400m. we tried to walk along Salomonkatu instead, which was quite a smooth pesdestrian and took around 12min, which we think another good route that you can see the big kamppi shopping centre along the street. The room was clean, furniture of reasonably stylish.

Huge Apartment”
Pleasant and comfortable. Modern design and clean bathroom. However check in timing is very late (4pm) and request to early check in was not entertained. There is no lobby thus luggage cannot be deposited on early arrival or late departure timings.

Comfortable stay for the independent traveller”
The location was surprisingly close to the Kamppi Shopping area and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby to meet the needs of the self-catering travellers. And there are many restaurants within 200 metres of the apartments for those who prefer to eat out. The apartments are highly accessible from the Kamppi metro and there are several tram and bus stops around the area. The only downside we feel is that there is no adequate ventilation in the room and we had to open the windows to let the fresh breezes in. Otherwise this is the perfect one for us.

中央駅から歩いてしまうと少し距離があります。トラムの乗り場が近くどこへ行くにもとても便利でした。静かな場所にあり、部屋も広く清潔、生活に必要なものは一通り揃っていて、ヘルシンキの住人になったように過ごすことが出来ました。地下にゴミの集積所があるので、毎日そこに捨てることができ、部屋にゴミをためずにすむのも良かったです。また、地下には広々としたサウナも完備されています。ヘルシンキに滞在する機会があればまた是非利用したいです。

ヘルシンキのマイホーム滞在”
4歳の子供連れで滞在。暗証番号で入退室しフロントやスタッフを通さず滞在するシステムでしたが、自分のマンションのように気ままに過ごすことができました。センスの良いゆとりある部屋、生活に必要な充実の備品、子供が遊べるブランコや砂場の庭、中央駅や繁華街やタリン行きのフェリー乗り場など様々な場所に行きやすい立地でとても満足でした。バスタブが無く、狭いシャワーのみでしたが、気候がよかったこともあり私たちにとっては特に気になりませんでした。

静かで広い”
７月６日から６泊しました。荷物がなければ、トラムのカンピ駅と９番と８番（私たちの滞在中８番の最寄駅は工事中だった）の駅から歩いて３分くらいと便利です。メトロのカンピ駅は地下に潜っていく分時間がかかると思います。中央駅からはスーツケースをごろごろ押していったので１５分くらいかかったと思います。また、セウラッサーリへ行く２４番バス乗り場も近くにあります。 ベランダつきのスタジオタイプに泊まりました。３人乗りと少し狭いですがエレベーターもついているし、暗証番号が鍵になるのは安全性ではどうなのかわからないのですが便利でした。 室内には生活に必要なものは最低限一通りそろっています。アイロン、アイロン台、洗濯物干し台、もちろん洗濯機もあります。（洗剤は無い）トイレットペーパーの予備もあったし、量は少なかったけれどキッチンペーパーもありました。食器用洗剤と新品と思われるブラシも。食器類や鍋フライパン、その他器具も最低限は揃えてあります。（ただ、茶漉しとレードルが無かったのがちょっと不便でした）ナイフもあまり切れませんがありました。 部屋の掃除は日本のホテル感覚からすると行き届いているとは言えません。箒には埃がたーくさんついていました。替えのシーツ・タオルなども１組ありましたが、クローゼットに’投げ入れ’てあるような状態です。でも不潔な感じはありません。一般的な日本人の感覚としてはまあ許容範囲だと思います。 狭いスペースにシャワーと洗濯機と便器と洗面台が一緒に入っていて、シャワーカーテンしかないので気をつけて使わないとバスマットまで水浸しになりそうです。使った後は長い柄のついたスクイージーがあるのでそれで水を排水溝へ入れれば、乾燥してるのですぐ乾きます。 ヘルシンキはホテルの料金も外食代もかかることを考えると、私たちのように６泊もする場合は安めのこういうタイプへ泊まることをお勧めします。ただ、フロントは無いので何かあってもどうにもならないのではないかと思えます（汗）。これであと１０ユーロくらい値段が安ければ言うことないんですけどねえ。
