Great location, right on the beach. Rooms are good. The staff is wonderful: helpful and friendly. The only downside is the breakfast: toast with butter or jam.

Great place to stay if you come to Ka-nhom.”

Nice view right in front of your room, Outstanding clean, friendly services. You can see pink dolphins from your room. We had a great time there.

Nice Place to Stay”

I stayed at this place for two nights in December. There are 6 rooms, 5 of which look over the sea, but unfortunately mine did not. I can't complain though, as it was a late booking during a busy travel time. The room was small but attractive, with a wardrobe, safe box, fridge, kettle, AC, fan, and comfortable bed. The bed had a foam topper and thus was softer than the average rock hard Thai mattress. The TV was tiny, and although there were a few hundred channels, all of them were Thai language, which is odd because the clientele seems to be predominantly European. The bathroom was modern and had a separate shower. There is no restaurant on site, but toast and coffee were available for free in the morning. The restaurant directly across the street serves good food, although the menu is limited. The stretch of beach in front of the resort is quite pretty, and possibly the cleanest beach in Khanom . Joy (the manager?) is a genuinely kind person, always greeted me with a smile.

Perfect place for holiday”

Everything in Sea Breeze House is of high quality. The rooms, the location, the view, the service and the hospitality... (Just WiFi could have been better) Would definitely come back again :-)

Absolutely worth your money”

Good location, in front of Naiplao beach which is quite beautiful and quiet and close to the stunning view point. The room is pretty big ( the shower room is very big) and clean. The (only) staff we met was friendly and helpful.

there are only total 7 rooms in the house. and the balcony made of wood. so if you are chit chatting or kids run around at night. it might disturbing some other.

Excellent experience ”

Although they double booked us they made sure to accomadate us and gave us a lovely spacious room with an ocean view. Very friendly, helpful and accomdating. I look forward to another stay there some day soon.

Hidden gem”

Thoroughly enjoyable. Great food, wonderful people, inexpensive, peaceful, and they even have bicycles to rent.

Clean quiet beach house on Nai Plao Beach.”

The Sea Breeze has more of a guest house feel. Our room was spotless with a gigantic bathroom looking out to the beach. Plenty of space on the patio to relax, tables and chairs in multiple places. Manager Joy is great and very helpful. The house is away from most things so transport is necessary, we rented a Moto from the house, very easy. Beach was good, also empty. No restaurant at the house, but a great local cheap place across the street that all the guests frequented. There's not much to do in the area, so get ready to relax. Khanom area is beautiful, mountains and beaches. We would stay here again.

Das Zimmer im ersten Stock mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick ist sehr großzügig und erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Das Haus ist ein wunderbarer Ort für Erholung und zum Runterkommen. Genügend Sonnenliegen für alle, alles sauber und gepflegt. Joy - die gute Seele des Hauses- ist so warmherzig und hilfsbereit... Ein Pkw ist für den Aufenthalt Seabreeze schon angesagt, um auch von der Umgebung etwas zu sehen, aber für Sonnenanbeter, die nur Erholung suchen, ist es eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr schön am Strand gelegen. Sehr gute Beratung und Informationen was man in der Gegend alles unternehmen kann. Visavie kleines Restaurnt und Shob wo man sich Essen und Drinken vor das Zimmer bestellen kannn. Währen gerne länger geblieben.

Sea Breeze House - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen”

Wer den Massenbetrieb auf Ko Samui aus dem Wege gehen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Sea Breeze House besticht durch seine Lage: Der Strand liegt hier wirklich direkt vor der Haustüre. Von der Terrasse aus sind es 50 m zum Wasser. Wir waren Anfang Juli dort und hatten manchmal den gesamten Strand für uns. Der Naiplao Beach liegt am äußersten Zipfel von Khanom. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es zwei Restaurants und verschiedene Resorts sowie die typischen Thai-Imbisse am Straßenrand. Zum Wohlfühlen trägt besonders Joy, "die Perle des Hauses", bei. Sie kümmert sich um alle Belange ihrer Gäste und begegnet ihnen stets mit einem strahlenden Lächeln.

Unverändert bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Khanom. Thailändische Atmosphäre mit Schweizer Perfektion. Joy ist einmalig.

Traumhafte Lage”

Wir haben vier Tage im Sea Breeze verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Lage ruhig und direkt am Strand. Restaurant gegenüber zu empfehlen. Haushälterin super, super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
