Small Cozy hotel with basic facilities and great restaurant ”
Sea shell is very pretty hotel with basic amenities as it's just a building. But hotel rooms are very cozy big. Enough to stay with kids. Loved the ambience of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is well spread and delicious too. If hotel has good occupancy then hotel organizes buffet dinner too which is payable but worth it. The restaurant serves yummy food. Hotel has a pretty lounge bar Amaya. Which serves nice bar items and finger food.

We had an incredible stay at Sea Shell in Port Blair! From the moment arrived, was blown away by the breathtaking views that provide a perfect backdrop to a truly luxurious experience. The food at both the restaurant and the bar was phenomenal, featuring a delightful mix of local and international dishes that were all expertly prepared. The housekeeping staff deserves a special shout-out for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in our rooms throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff, everyone from the front desk to the service personnel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, enhancing our vacation experience with their attentiveness and professionalism. Staying at Sea Shell was a highlight of our trip to Port Blair, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience with stunning scenery, fantastic food, and first-rate service. This place really makes you feel special and takes care of all your needs with a smile. Even their restaurant named bonova in havelock is another unique place for foodies. Exceptionally Best ”
I booked this hotel for my parents as they wan to visit the cellular jail. The hotel and the staff were extremely courteous, respectful, friendly, helpful, responsive and caring towards them. The room was spotless clean, breakfast had so many choices and was delicious. Rooftop restaurant was amazing with great staff and tasty food. And the view was spectacular from the rooftop. Staff was so caring about my parents, they infact called them in their room to remind them to come and eat the breakfast before they pickup everything. Front desk staff, guard at the door, kitchen staff were absolutely amazing and took care of my parents needs to absolute best. Thank you so much for making their stay so comfortable and convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Port Blair. It's conveniently close to the jail, and all other market nearby.
Needs upkeep and cleanliness ”
I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a clean room and to be able to take a hot shower. The room sheets were dirty upon arrival I asked housekeeping to change the sheets which they did and they were cleaner than the set on the bed when we arrived. The walls need cleaning and the smell in the room was not pleasant it was musty. The shower and bathroom need a deep cleaning to remove mold and mildew. The carpets in the room were not clean I used flip flops the entire time. The buffet breakfast was sub par at best and did not have enough choices. I do have to say Amaya the rooftop restaurant was very nice and the food and drinks were great. If your looking for a clean hotel that’s up kept well I don’t recommend . I would not stay again!

Sea Shell is one of the best resorts to stay in Andaman at all the islands! We chose to stay at Sea Shell at all the three islands and it was one of the best decisions we made! Super clean rooms, awesome customer service, courteous staff, premium stay, best view, best facilities! What more can you ask for? During our stay Mr.Subbaiah provided us with best of his services & helped me personally in planning a surprise dinner date for my wife! He made sure all the arrangements were made up to the mark & the staff was very friendly & helpful! In all - A best stay experience at Sea Shell ( Port Blair, Havelock & Neil)! Must must visit for all who are looking for recommendation on hotels/resort.
