Un albergo tra i più belli, per quello che ho visto nell'isola. Eravamo in una suite al 5 piano bellissima con un terrazzo di ca 60mq. Ecco almeno due sdraio avrebbero potuto metterle. Colazione impeccabile con una scelta incredibile da 5 stelle. Tutto buono peraltro. Ragazzi dello staff gentilissimi. Se dovessi tornare a Più Quoc sicuramente andrei ancora in questa struttura

Simply the pool, beach, location, food, staff everything was fantastic. The beach was clean read other reviews about plastic there was some but the water was clear and to bloody warm for me., the pool perfect temperature could sit by the bar for hours at happy time 75000 $4.40 for a cocktail only gripe happy only went for 1 hour. Location only a five minute walk to the night markets, which was great the best part of the town don't waste your time going anywhere else. Food, buffet absolutely fantastic, come lunch time we ate in town once and would not recommend it, we ended up eating at the hotel burger and chips with a beer 250000 $15.75 cheaper than in sydney. Buffet dinner 400000 $26 aud. Staff were friendly but with very little English, Hoang at breakfast was great and hotel amenities like the gym was OK. Looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect hotel in phu quoc”
The hotel has very nice design. Very clean. Staffs are very attentive. Location is just perfect. So near to night Market where u can find lots of restaurants and bars at night. Next to a seaside temple. Walking distance to nearby bars by the sea. Many massage parlours nearby as well. We have no complain at all and thinks this must the most perfect hotel in phu quoc. One thing for honeymoon couple though. It may have many families with kids in this hotel if u r looking for quiet and exclusive kinda of hotel.

I love this place! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal...close to the night and day markets with plenty of restaurants and coffee houses around. I love the hugh infinity pool that overlooks the beach; the roar of the breaking surf is soothing. We had the Premium King room; the layout of my room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice patio to sit and enjoy the views. Loved having the tub in the middle of the room. My kid really enjoyed playing in the tub! Definitely will be returning to this hotel!

stayed here for 3 nights, It is located within a 5min-walk distance to Night market. The private beach of SeaShells is very nice. You can relax on the sunbed or swim in the sea and enjoy snorkeling (I can see many fish ) if you have equipment. The conditon of the beach is very nice and clean. This Hotel provides free lifevests , swimming tubes and kayaking. The swimming pool is large enough to enjoy myself. In the room, I tried free bath salt - very good and helpful for relaxing. Next time, I'm willing to stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Front”
This property is pretty new, convenient location, nice spacious waiting area, has a very beautiful beach front, infinity swimming pool which views the ocean like the picture show. Room is very clean & spacious. However this hotel does not have a sauna or steam room. Breakfast buffet has variety food but too pricey but you can not beat the service. There are many restaurants nearby if you choose to go out. Most restaurants are 3-10 minutes walk as well as night market only minutes away.

Pros: The view from the poolside of the hotel is great! Get to enjoy sunrise and sunset! Has it's own pool and beach! The cleanliness of the hotel is good! Walking distance to their night market! (Seafood there is extremely fresh and cheap!) Cons: The shop closes as early as 9-10pm! (Grab everything you need before it closes) Stalls at the night market is repeated.

Received a nice welcome drink and towel when arrived. Hotel was new and very clean, nice pool and room clean with lots of space. Location close to night market and Dihn Cau Temple(Phu Quoc attraction). Motorbike rental service is available at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty to choose, Vietnamese iced coffee was awesome! If you are coming to honeymoon, remember request honeymoon package, you will get a surprise when check in.

5 stars hotel included kayak sand building and other classes conduct in the hotel lobby (yoga, stretch, spa). The toliteries smell good (lemongrass) which is my favorite. They great and send welcome drinks when I arrived. Check in was smooth but do take note that the fee is collected in the hotel (not agoda app) so do remind that prepare extra money to pay for it. The breakfast was excellent, variety of choices. They do have free shuttle bus to airport so which is big save for my pocket. Although the price is quite high but do included a lot of things (food, activities, facilities & services), therefore I'll recommend to those picky person who want to feel luxury but paying just the right amount. It was just 1 night, next time I'll definitely come back again to stay longer!

Fantastic Hotel”
Pros: Great Location, Love the sea view balcony rooms, great pool and beach Cons: 1. Not enough beach chairs or pool chairs which I found most disappointing given the fact it’s a beachside hotel. I think there were maybe 40 or 50 chairs maybe 8-10 beach umbrellas for a hotel that holds 100s of guest. Made no sense whatsoever?!? 2. Staff was not as proficient in English as other hotels but I’m in a foreign country so that’s not a big deal. 3. Motorbike rental is inflated slightly higher than competition only 10min walk away but concierge tried to make it seem like I would have to take a taxi there to get the cheaper price. NOT TRUE Overall great hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling to Phu Quoc. It’s is close to everything in the city. If you want more of a secluded resort type hotel look far south or far north.

The hotel is located approximately 3mins walk away from the famous Phu Quoc night market. Furthermore, there are many many nice restaurants and cafes at it's surrounding. The hotel guest can choose to catch the sunset at the hotel infinity pool or at the beachside which is accessible directly thru the hotel ground floor. The room is very well maintained, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is also very tasty and appetising. Overall a very enjoyable and worthwhile stay.

A very wonderful trip to stay at this hotel for our celebration birthday and anniversary. They gave us a complimentary birthday cake to surprise us upon departure. Staffs was very friendly and always greet you with a big smile whenever they see you. Walking distance to the night market. Nice clean beach and awesome view swimming pool. Nice breakfast as well. Lots of variety of foods. Will definately come back again.

The location is good, Hotel is near to night market(5mins) walking. The staff is nice, they would help you everything. You can book the shuttle bus from airport to hotel through email. However, the shuttle time may not suit your flight schedule. The spa and massage are buy one get one free. The price even cheaper than other places. The currency rate is good as well, it is better than withdraw money in atm. The breakfast buffet is very good, so many choices, suggest to book the hotel with breakfast. However, At the night, it is quite noisy, you can hear the motercycle is passing by.

Excellent Hotel”
Nice place to have a short break or holiday. It is our first time (me & my wife) to Phu Quoc Island with the good review (in Agoda scored 9.1) wedecided to spend our holiday here. First impression when enter this Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa is indeed beyond my initial expectation. Overall is perfect hotel to stay & more importantly, there are a few vegetarian restaurants that nearby to the hotel. Like this place & will spend 4D3N here. Our teatime here try the Ocean bites. Not bad & good to try it if you have time to dropby. P/S: Hotel provides free shuttle to & from Airport but need book in advanced.

The location and infinity pool is very great!”
This is the only 5 stars hotel in the city center. We were given welcome drinks during check in with live piano music. The hotel offer free dessert every day at 9pm but we didn’t have it since we were not in the hotel. The spa is offering buy 1 get 1 free promotion. You must not miss it! The breakfast is great with various choices. We enjoy the infinity pool and even the pool is small but not many people use it everyday. There is a stair next to the pool allowing to access to the beach. There is motorbike rental service in the hotel. We really love this hotel and I have already recommended to my friends and I definitely will stay again!

Good location, amazing view”
Amazing stay, clean and spacious room. Walking distance to night market and beach. Love the breakfast and pool bar. Thanks to Aesea for seafood dinner recommendation which is local and by the beach, she also super friendly to us. Love every single moment for the stay. Just little hiccups are the weighing scale no battery, drinking water cannot be refilled when requested.

-Checked in procedure is fast and hassle-free, welcomed with a nice cooling welcome drink! -Room is nice and comfy, most importantly very clean -There's local Vietnam Coffee store right in front of the hotel -3 mins walk to lots of nice restaurants -3 mins walk will have affordable bike rental -5 mins walk to the night market -Check out process is fast and easy

This amazing hotel enjoys absolute ocean frontage is designed along the lines os a magnificent yacht. The hotel is luxurious, brand new and refreshing in its decor. The ocean front infinite edge pool is beautiful from which you can enjoy those famous sunsets . The quality of the food and service is excellent. The restaurant is spacious and enjoys peaceful ocean views as does the reception. The staff strive to do their best and should be commended.. with the night markets being within walking distance the Seashells is a winner and I could not recommend it enough.

Something need to be improved ”
The airport shuttle bus should not just listened to anyone’s instruction to stop by anywhere and have the other passengers waiting for her own convenience come back and forth to the hotel and airport . 4/30 9:10am there is a Vietnamese family had the driver drop off a lady on the way for her nature calling. The whole group people didn’t know what was happened as they communicated in Vietnamese. After the driver drop her off , all of us return to the hotel wait until she is released, then go pick her up and head to the airport. This is really rude to the other passengers. How if someone miss the flight due to this ridiculous behavior? Please make the rules to avoid this kind of issue from happening again.
