Sono stato con la gamiglia in questo hotel, dopo cche abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno da the Shilla. M aqui non abbiamo trovato la stessa qualita e attenzione del brand: Le stanze sono piccole e la pulizia della stanza sono veramente da due stelle, capelli e polvere sotto letto e in bagno, odore di urina in bagno e strane chiazze sulle pareti. L'aria condizionata funziona male, la sera non su riesce a dormire perche non scende sotto i 25 gradi, loro come soluzione tu portano una specie di pinguino nella stanza. Sconsiglio questo hotel, con questa fascia di prezzo si trova di meglio in giro a seoul.

Incredible! Just watch out for the shower.”
The entire room was incredible. It was beautiful, modern in its simplicity, had a great view from above on 마포구 streets, and the shower pressure was delightful. Be sure to insert your room key in the slot by the door to be able to turn on the lights (keep it a secret... it took me 10 minutes to figure that out on my own. I'd nearly resolved to staying in the dark). The setup of the shower is funny, though. The bathroom doesn't have a closing door, and the shower wall is glass. Also, there is a sliding pane that separates the shower from the rest of the room, and it can slide to reveal the shower and everything inside to the main room. It's a funny setup and made me laugh, and it didn't bother me because I was a solo traveler. Anyway the hotel lobby is cozy and comfortable, the staff is friendly and speak English well enough to help those uncomfortable with Korean, and the luggage check service is well organized. I adored my stay and I wish I could stay longer!

Super nice place and kind personnel ”
I chose to stay 6 nights and the hotel was a great choice. The staff met my every single wish, the cleaning service was super diligent and free of charge and the hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful. The hotel is right next to the subway station and easy to find- for taxi drivers as well. With two convenience stores located right by the building it was easy to get emergency snacks and beverages at any time of the day. I’d really recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or with someone!

I enjoyed my stay there! It's in the middle of Seoul and great location. I was able to take the subway and the location is about 100-200 meters from the entrance to the hotel. I even went for a run because the river is about 1km away. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and overall, I had a pleasant trip. Also I had a car and I just drove up and removed my bags and they valet for you. Cost is only 5,000W. Compared to America, that's a steal! Good Stay!

Clean, safe, and convenient”
The hotel room itself was small but other than that, it was perfect for our stay in the Mapo area. My daughter had her ACT exam test nearby and we wanted to be close for the early morning since we live further away. The hotel was clean, toilet seat was warm, they had a discounted buffet for hotel guests but we didn't have time for it. The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and bus stations so it's very convenient. There's a 7-11 right next door for a quick pick me up if you need it too. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent for city stay”
I stayed there for 4 days to have a staycation - all in all, good value for money, I must say. The bed is very comfy and bedding is all very clean. Although not a traveller, I think this place is ideal for travellers as it has good access to many major tourist locations and the public transport is great.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for foreigners like us. Location is near subways and good places to hangout which is convenient! Will definitely book this place again.

The level of satisfaction in terms of price has always been good. First of all, the room is very clean. I think it is a hotel where employees are kind and can trust to sleep whenever they stay. The price wasn't expensive and it was good.

The location of the hotel and the interest and relevance of the employees are very good.We checked in late, the receptionist 2 ladies were very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to them. I can recommend for everyone.The breakfast buffet is successful, but since we do not eat pork and similar products, a separate small area can be created. This is an important detail.

Best Budget Hotel Brand in Korea”
The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities and facilities. The interior of the room and building was simple and modern, just like any other Shilla Stay hotels. Gym is located on the top floor, so enjoyed work out with the view. One improvement point is, requested high-floor room in advance but was not taken care of without any notice. It could have been better if they had sent me a message prior to arrival or explained to me during check-in. Despite this, always satisfactory to stay at Shilla Stay

They managed to get me a room when I checked in early (around 1pm). Staff is really friendly. Room is just nice for 1 person. And location is also good to travel around. I would definitely visit again if i have time.

It is a very nice hotel that is centrally located. Easy to get to by Arex. It is the stop right before seoul station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would go back again.

Beautiful and cozy place all to myself, have everything I really needed! Staffs spoke english and were able to fulfil my request during my stay there. I really had a pleasant time and with no doubts would definitely choose to stay with them again!

Clean and near railway station ”
I will rate 9.8 for our stay here. The only thing is about the room temperature...As only warm air is available in winter season, somehow it was quite hot in the room. At the first night, the staff told us the only method is to open the window. It was not a bad solution however the air in Seoul city was very smokey with pollution that night, we decided to keep the window closed and not slept well. But problem had been solved in the next day, appreciated that a female staff sent a mobile fan to our room, she also helped to sent another one to my parents’ room, with prompt action. Overall this hotel is recommended and the service is good.
