Japan style, ottimo staff, posizione favorevole”
Il Silverland Sakyo Hotel & Spa è un buon hotel, molto vicino al centro e a tutte le principali attrazioni di Saigon, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. La posizione è sicuramente favorevole e anche lo staff è davvero attento e disponibile, il tutto condito dallo stile decisamente giapponese. La colazione è abbastanza varia e il prezzo dell' hotel non è per nulla economico in rapporto alla stanza ma nel complesso la mia valutazione globale è buona. Unica nota dolente è che ho prenotato una camera senza aver letto nelle specifiche che era "senza vista", mi hanno assegnato una camera con finestra sul corridoio interno all' hotel, spiegandomi che senza vista non vuol dire che non c'è nulla di interessante da vedere dalla finestra ma che non c'è una finestra che da sull'esterno .......... non mi era mai capitato ma sicuramente porrò molta più attenzione alle specifiche degli hotel quando prenoto una camera.

Le stanze in stile giapponese, sono molto belle, pulite e curate . il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. posizione leggermente defilata rispetto al centro della città Distretto 1. Estremamente consigliato e con le offerte ha un'ottima qualità prezzo.

One of the best hotel in HCM city”
We stayed here for 3 nights and the service was phenomenal. My husband secretly called the hotel and the staffs decorated a very beautiful room with roses and champagne. Breakfast was nice. They didn't have many choices but the dishes changed every single day. We had to get up early one morning and they gave us a menu the night before in order to choose the meal and they packed and delivered to the room for us. The room was very beautiful and spacious with a Japanese style. My husband loves it so much. The bed is also comfy. To sum up, this place is worth every single penny with nice meals and, nice staffs and comfy room. I definitely choose Sakyo for my next visit.

Exquisite Deco Blend; Close to Everything Fun”
In downtown Little Japan, easy access to shopping, restaurants & SPA. In my room (free upgrade to Deluxe King): clever mix of Viet Style w/ modern & exquisite design; beautiful bathroom w/ Jacuzzi Bathtub. During breakfast time, there was an abundant variety of tasty choices. Staff were truly helpful & friendly! As for some pities: Rooms are mostly a bit small, and if there were slopes instead of stairs in the hallways, all would be easier for suitcases moving. I can't think of actual disadvantages. Helpful Hotel Staffs”
Great location, comfortable rooms (executive room). One thing to specially mentioned are the helpful staffs. One of them help to call the restaurant to request for a receipt I forgot. She also helped my colleague to arrange for grab delivery of parcel. The staffs also chats with us and provide useful information.

We had great time in Silverland Sakyo Hotel & Spa. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast & afternoon tea and the best Service! Especially Miss Maria and Mr. Lam are always very kind and take good care about everything. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Service”
The team at Silverland Sakyo was fabulous, going out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They helped us with our luggage, ran about to check with different nails palour when I wanted to do a manicure and was really friendly to make our stay a great one. Fantastic location too and would stay there again!

Perfect hotel”
The staff is unbelievably professional and polite. I always struggle with the service at hotels in Vietnam. But not here! 5 star service! I will never stay at a different hotel when coming to town. It's a few bucks more than I'd like to spend but the fabulous breakfast buffet more than makes up for it.

Loved this place”
The relaxed Japanese style is a nice break from busy HCMC. Elevated platform for the soft bed and pillows. We enjoyed all the amenities like free breakfast buffet, the little snacks for afternoon tea, free water bottles replaced daily, and the rooftop jacuzzi. Huge tub in room and bidet for toilet. Would stay again.

Quick 2 night visit to see Japanese area before airport.”
Lovely Hotel. Room great. They seem to be struggling for windows . I got a window room but looks into a void with plants ! But fine for 2 nights. Breakfast is lovely and the afternoon tea a lovely touch . Pool and jacuzzi quite small . Great for a relax and cool off . But a length will take you 3 seconds ! Staff love to play the music loud . Starts to vibrate your eardrums after a while ! I asked them to turn down . In spot on position for visiting the Japanese restaurants and bars. Good inside the residential area in little Japan . Watch the bars . One gave me change from 200k in lots of small notes. It was 100k light !! Be on your guard . But good fun and experience to visit here.

Great hotel in Japanese style. Huge choice of breakfast, including Asian and European dishes. Great sushi in hotel restaurant. Everything in restaurant seems really high quality. But most of all staff is amazing - so kind and helpful!

The best hotel we stayed in on our travels, hotel staff were incredible! Great rooftop top pool and great great breakfast selection. Will stay here again when back in Ho Chi Min.

Really enjoy staying at the hotel, very quite. Tet decor is beautiful, staff was nice and well knowledge. Unfortunately, I have an urgent matter at home so could not enjoy the breakfast. Rooftop was amazing, small but cozy and relaxing

Clean & Well-equipped”
Good location, there's a lot of good restaurants in walkable distance. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room was very well-equipped with microwave, iron and a great bathtub.

Overall a Good Experience”
Booked a one week stay here. Night shift staff Mr. Dhun(Tony) was very helpful and informative. Was directed to a nearby 24h cafe to kill time till check in (Apr 5th) . Upon checking in i noticed the toilet was dripping water and it became distracting after a while. I volunteered to keep the room for that day and asked for a room change the next day. Was told by front office male staff that high floor rooms were not available. I asked that he should at least check the toilet right away cos the next guest will have the same problem anyway. No one came. Maybe he thought it was not important. On the 3rd day (7th April) a female staff called and asked if I still needed to change room. She volunteered to get someone to check the toilet. It was quickly checked and fixed. Many thanks to her (with spectacles). I felt the male counter staff (middle seat) on the 5th April wasn’t very helpful. May I know why? Housekeeping staff were all fantastic everyday! They made many attempts to ensure that the guest get their room cleaned. Many thanks !

Great Location”
This excellently located Japanese style hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi area was a great place to relax and the afternoon tea was well worth it.
