Piccolo resort a gestione familiare. Atmosfera informale. Rampa di accesso al resort di una pendenza sconcertante. Per i bungalow bisogna chiedere espressamente se ha il bagno in camera o no.

Ottima cucina e prima colazione. Da migliorare alcuni dettagli della Camera 9. Riscaldamento acqua doccia non funzionante, lenzuolo sopra coprimaterasso, in tre giorni non c'è stata alcuna pulizia della camera. In sintesi è chiamato Resort ma in pratica ci sono bungalow gestiti da una famiglia che, almeno per la camera che io occupato, risulta trascurata nella manutenzione e decisamente inferiore alle aspettative.

Hippy resort”
It's a resort with good kitchen and nice friendly staff. Accomodation is not very confortable even in the delux bungalow: hydraulic issues, blackouts, insects, room service only on demand. But it is also a savage island with bad infrastructures. The location is very isolated and it is very hard to reach any other places in the island also due to a bad road in that passage; we passed through the beach for reaching Had Rin (the closest village) in about 30 minutes by foot. If you are a "resort type" with no high service expectations you will be happy of quiet stay in the nature, even if in august the water is too low for a real bath. If you want to move through the island you have to take the bike (rental available) and be very careful or taxi that is not cheap.

Ho prenotato una DELUXE ma al mio arrivo il proprietario mi riferisce che è stata prenotata una standard E che Agoda lo fa spesso questo errore. Fatto sta che dovete assicurarvi quale stanza prenotate .. visto che la standard era piccola letto orribile affossato e rumoroso. Ho chiesto di pagare anche di più per avere la deluxe ma mi ha risposto che era tutto pieno ! chi ci ha " provato "???? Agoda o il proprietario ????

FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO”
Pensando di trovare un quieto paradiso ci siamo imbattuti in un posto sporco, trasandato, pieno di rifiuti che vengono scaricati a pochi metri dalla struttura sulla spiaggia che oramai è diventata una discarica. Tubazioni di scarico scoperte che si immettono sulla spiaggia. Bambini chiassosi e staff ancora di più. Mare melmoso e non balneabile. Strada per raggiungere la struttura impervia e molto scoscesa. Bagno in comune molto sporco. Bungalow con vista mare e tubazioni comprese. Siete convinti di voler prenotare. Noi dopo qualche ora siamo fuggiti.

"Homely" hotel!!!”
I really loved staying here as the hotel staff make it your home abroad. I checked in on Wednesday, which also happened to be all you can eat thai food dinner night! Dinner was served on a huge table and everyone sat and ate together which felt amazing! Lovely beach. They also hosted a BBQ before going to the Full Moon party which is another must! The only con I would say is due to the steep driveway it makes it harder to get out of the hotel unless someone drives you up. Or if you are okay to hike up in 35 degrees heat!

Our last few days spent in Asia after a heavy summer of traveling were well spent here. Excellent beachfront huts at reasonable prices. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very calm and relaxing place. Would return.

Silver moon beach offers great accommodations, located directly in the beach. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The food at the restaurant is great and affordable! A real sense of being in a local home is felt there.

Amazing place! Staff was incredible and arranged activities for us. BBQ-night was very nice. We loved the beach and views. This place is a bit far away from everything. It is good place to relax but you need a taxi or a scooter to get around.

A (bit noisy) but enjoyable stay right off the beach”
It was a comfortable bungalow with fan stay right off the beachfront. I would have been ideally happy, had I not stayed there on a night that fell upon a party the entire "resort" was participating in, drinking, loud, and migrating from the bar/resort next door to it and back and forth all throughout the night. If you are looking for friends to party with, this is the place to stay! The meal I had was yummy.

Cute resort”
We stayed here for 5 days during the full moon party as part of our 40 day honeymoon trip. Rooms are a bit rustic, it reminds me of luxury camping, but the resort itself is very relaxing. We wish the beach was more like a beach and less like a lake, but there's a wall a few meters out that blocks the cooler water from coming in so the water is extremely hot and the sand feels more like clay when you get in the water. During low tide you can walk about 45 mins to Haad Rin pier, which is pretty cool. I wish the pool was a bit clearer, but they use the natural rain water, which is very eco-friendly, so can't really complain. The pool was pretty cool because it's built on a rock and has boulders under the water, plus the water is so much cooler than the beach. The food there was amazing, a little pricey for us since we were used to eating cheap street food, but it's a pain to go elsewhere to eat so it's worth it. They have awesome family meals a few times a week, so definitely try to plan your trip around the Sunday BBQ because it was delicious!! Staff is PHENOMENAL! They really make you feel like family. What we truly loved about this resort was that it was small enough where we easily made friends, but large enough that you can feel like you're the only one on the beach at times! Would definitely return!

Slice of paradise ”
My sister and I stayed here one night (attended the nearby half moon party) it was a beautiful spot, quiet and secluded and we spent the day lounging by the beach. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming, we had a big family-style all you can eat BBQ (I think a regular Sunday-night event?) including fresh seafood, followed by a little pre-party during which we had neon body-painting session in prep for the party. They made everything so easy, even shuttling us to the party and arranged our travel off the island the next day. Also: the home-made coconut ice cream is a MUST-TRY.
