Struttura gradevole e ben inserita con ambientazioni naturali. Servizio cortese. Arredo delle stanze molto datato e poco accogliente. Panorama dalla spiaggia rovinato da cantieri attivi con gru e ponteggi.

Adnan checked us at a lightning fast speed and was quite helpful and humble. He was freindly and gave us a nice welcome. We found comfort in this resort where one can travel for peace and serenity. Start from Reception team , all are very helpful team spicially Ms Venna which is offered very good help to make our staying in BM BEACH RESORT confidential for me amd my family . Recreation team are fantastic specially Mr.MINA which is very friendly person and helpful. And Oasis Restaurant team are very good team . I Love this place as a location and stuff.

The rooms were pleasant, but what makes an excellent mini break is the all inclusive, the food was amazing, drink range very good and staff were the best, from the pool life guard, bar tenders to restaurant staff. All excellent

Amazing ambiance a facilities, though resort needs a bit of renovation if compared with its sister BM Beach Hotel.. Staff are super nice and friendly. We litetraly didn't want to leave. Each room is a separate Chalet with own balcony. Unfortunately toothbrushes were not in the bathroom when we arrived. Beach needs cleaning from the seaweed, but may be it is just the that specific time of the year.

Our check in was very smooth- special thanks to Vienna - who was very professional and polite gave us an upgrade and took us personally to drop us off till our room which was right next to the beach! Had booked an all inclusive package. It was Set menu at restaurant, food was continental and tasted good, all the staff were very attentive and courteous! Chef came to out table to personally enquire about the food! Provided ice cream and chicken nuggets to the kids! The pool was nice too The water slides were added bonus to the kids

We had stayed for 2 nights over the Eid holidays along with a group of friends. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms were neat and clean - nothing extraordinary but quite comfortable. The food was also very good - quite a decent spread with a good mix of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The highlight of our stay however was the service - the staff were just brilliant across the board, right from reception, F&B to the housekeeping and pool staff. The hotel was extremely busy and the staff did a fantastic job of attending to the requirements of the guests. They were always polite and friendly - particularly impressed with the lifeguards who did an amazing job handling the pool filled with people and occasionally unruly guests. The pool bar staff were also under a lot of pressure but did their very best to cater to the guest needs. A special shout out here to Ms Kumari who was always there to greet us with a smile during all the meal periods and went out of her way to arrange seating for our group in the extremely busy restaurant setting. The restaurant staff, both service and kitchen were also very patient and cooperative when dealing with such a large number of people. Great effort indeed. On the flip side, the waters at the beach were dirty and we couldn't really enjoy the beach facilities. didn't feel like going in the water after seeing the condition. Check in also took a long time (almost half an hour), so that's a process that could be improved. The reception staff were very helpful though. Would recommend this resort - good value for money

Room is nice and spacious. The AC was already set to cool temp when we arrived making the room more comfy to stay. Taking a shower in the bathroom was a big challenge as the water was too hot. We had to set aside a separate water and let it cool first for our little daughter. 🤷🏻♀️ I think this issue has been raised by other guests as well. Food is also nice and we liked that the property is strict on following the guidelines and restrictions in handling the food service. Another thing I have to mention is the water in the pool. You will certainly enjoy swimming in the pool even under sun as water temp is always cool. Excellent customer service by Ms. Vienna from Front Desk, thank you for always checking on us and making sure that we enjoy our stay. Also to Mr. Rex and all staff from Oasis Restaurant, they are all friendly and gave extra mile of service. 👍🏼😊
