The Hotel is well situated for front beach and the local bars and restaurants, It is close to the HCM ferry terminal also. The rooms are large and comfortable and are cleaned daily, The Hotel is not a modern place but it has great character and is well looked after. All of the staff are very nice and helpful - I highly recommend visiting.

We go to Vung Tau for the food rather than the beach. The hotel is quite centrally located. What was important to us was the cleanliness which, for the price, we were quite satisfied.

Noise problem”
I won't stay there again because of one really important factor. From my room (and I think all the rooms on that side of the corridor) there was loud electronic dance music playing from various sources (such as clubs / bars / restaurants) on the other side of the street from around 8pm to after midnight. The windows are very thin so didn't create much of a sound barrier. It is a shame to write a bad review, because it is a well-kept place, and a good price, but if like me you can't easily sleep when your bed is vibrating from loud electronic dance music, I would avoid this place. My friend who was sleeping in the next room had the same problem and had to put in earphones with white noise in order to be able to sleep.

Says has a pool and pool side bar? pool not available and poolside bar? is next to road otherside of pool area! A complete joke, dont book if you want to watch the kids play in the pool while you sit and relax in the poolside bar,,,

When I arrived to Song Hong hotel, they are closed and turn off all light, no one there. I asked someone live near by, they told me hotel was closed more than a month

I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this time, I took two elderly relatives with me. My mom's a handicapper, and I have to say the staff went out of their way to assist her. God bless them all!

Staff have an unhelpful attitude. Rooms are old and dated but clean enough. It's totally overpriced for what you get.

A reliable place”
I stayed here a little over a month ago and decided to stay here again this last weekend. The air conditioner is nice and cool. I liked the room last month better, but this one was still excellent value for money. As always, the service was excellent--friendly, too!

Not many hotels had vacancies when I decided to go to Vung Tau, so I chose this one. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! I wasn't able to turn on the air conditioner as I am quite the Luddite. However, the receptionist quickly sent someone up and got it started. The whole room was nice and clean, and after the AC kicked in, it was nice and cool, too. Another great feature is that they have an elevator, which is quite useful for those of us caring for people with disabilities. Great little hotel!

Another hotel I have stayed in over the past 8 years. Staff really friendly and pleasant, willing to help in anyway they can. Price good with breakfast, other meals good although menu hasn't changed much. Beer always cold, aircon in all rooms that actually work, staff at the front desk will help you will travel arrangements back to Ho Chi Minh. Will stay there again on my next visit.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauber. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Kein Pool. 3 Minuten bis zum Meer. Allerdings ist dort der Strand auch nicht toll.
