From arrival to departure the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The receptionist, Sophia with her demeanour made my checking in very pleasant. Annie ensured that any queries were efficiently answered. The entire staff should be commended on their behaviours in ensuring that guests are welcome and comfortable. The hotel is close to all amenities, including the beach. I will definitely return if ever visiting Nha Trang. Thank you all.

The hotel middle of Nha Trang beach”
We book because the good review. When we arrive we were attended by the duty manger or supervisor name Mr Ryan Lee. They serve us welcoming drink which is very refreshing with extra glass since it very hot during that time. The room very spacious with seaview. Got kitchen also to cook but need to inform earlier during booking if you want to use it. At night you can see the ferris wheel at Vinpearl Land so colourful from the room. The HALAL food restaurant just 3-5 minute walking behind the hotel like Eden Restaurant and A&M fast food. Vincom Mall @ Vinmart just beside the hotel. The beach just across the road in front of the hotel. We also get free foot massage for 30 minute.Will stay here again next time.

we had a great stay in star city...very clean hotel, polite staff, great food if you want a walk, you only have to leave the hotel and you are in market, all kind of food even indian vegetarian food was also nearby, we had lots of shopping from there we had no problem at all at the hotel..me and my kids were more than happy with the hotel

Friendly, helpful staff. Upgraded free of charge to a partial seaview room. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was close to the beach, a modern shopping complex and nightlife. Generous breakfast. The only drawback is the traffic you have to walk through to get to the beach. How about a pedestrian overpass or regulated traffic lights.

Nice hotel in the center of Nha Trang ”
Perfect location, just close to everything like Vinmall, Sailing club, Tran Phu beach, etc. Very friendly and supportive all the Receptionists. Just one thing the rooms are not soundproof, I felt so bothered with the noise from the neighbors on the same floor every time they slammed the door or when they called each other in the coriander from room to room as they are a big family traveling together. Except for this noise issue, everything is perfect.

I would like to special thanks to all staffs at star city hotel and management.I was served mainly by Annie. I feel like at home. Super friendly staffs greeting. Always ask you if you need any help. They even helped call taxi for all my request and to airport. I would definitely come back here again and it is in perfect location. Across from sailing club. Can drinks and go home without any worries

Nice & spacious room, just right opposite the beach with ocean view and not forgotten the yummy breakfast buffet. Friendly staffs especially Annie who welcome us and provide us a full explanation of everything. Most importantly they can speaks English. Language is quite a major barrier there. There's umbrella, bench & towels provided at the beach under starcity. Lots of food varieties, drinkings area, night market in walking distance. It's definitely worth the price.

The location is amazing. Convenient store, vincom plaza, coffee shop, local foodshop, everything is in walking distance. The room is quite small but it’s clean. Buffet (breakfast) doesn’t have many options.

My stay in Starcity Nha Trang”
Our stay at the Starcity Nha Trang was fantastic. Very relaxing after a tour of Nha Trang and Dalat with plenty to see in the area. The hotel staffs are superb and looked after us very well especially Miss Tham. The room was specious and clean. The hotel itself is well positioned just outside the main Nha Trang area within walking distance of local restaurants and shopping outlets. Beach is also very close to the hotel and clean. The hotel serve a good breakfast buffet with wide variety of food choices including local to international cuisines. If we going back to Nha Trang, definitely we will stay in this hotel again.

Staffs are very friendly and supportive, and the Ocean view is stunning too. The hotel located in foreign town but due to the pandemic, most of the shops are close. But the mall is right next to the hotel, and there’s also a bar/club at the opposite. Overall, great location for travelers.

I booked Starcity Nha Trang Hotel because during that time, all of the hotels were fully booked. Looking at the price I didn't expect much but I was impressed. For the price the room is really nice. Very spacious, cleanliness is excellent. The service was also good. Breakfast buffet was alright, still has room to improve. Overall, a really great experience at the hotel.
