Great location and close to a few metro lines. Easy to walk into the centre of Milan (~3km). Great shopping area if you're interested. Staff were friendly and helpful at the desk and in the restaurant. Very easy with gluten free if requested in your booking. Clean and quiet room with blackout shutters and curtains, hard to open a double sided case, but comfortable bed and adequate bathroom.

Not worth the money”
Not much wrong with the hotel, But definitely not worth the money (even though we got a BIG discount through Agoda). The hotel is located near one of the main streets, with many shops, clean and staff is nice. Nothing extra. The AC in the room was very loud. We even measured the decibel level... 44! This equals the level in a busy street. Anyway, the hotel is overall good. Just not worth the money.

Booked a taxi for airport at a certain time a day prior to traveling. Asked the same day the receptionist to call taxi and delay him a bit.. he replied not possible. Which is not true. Second, my room was too small. I asked for an upgrade. He said he can’t. I told him I can’t move in it and I won’t come back to this hotel. He answered rudely as you wish..

Good area, safe, few blocks of metro, not so close of the tram. Great options for restaurants nearby, there’s restaurants in the same block to the hotel, but we didn’t try. We spend only one night.

The most upsetting was waking to a hot room. They must cycle the AC off at nite. Some of the staff seemed offputting by having to deal with another language.

This is a just ok hotel”
Proximity to the center good since it is parallel to the Main Street shops. I saw another hotel next to it named the Hotel Teco as alternative. It is my second time in this hotel and must say that the service level is quite poor at the reception level as well as the room maid service. It’s all about we need you out ASAP. My checkout time is noon and but to leave at 9.50am and had to pay the city tax before. I had a half day shopping and already lost 1 hour to leave the room for the next guest. And rooms are still available on Agoda!! Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel if u have late flights as it might be inconvenient.
