We were very happy about the transparency of the booking process with this place. Super friendly and helpful staff made us feel comfortable and home. Room was sparkling clean, balcony, had everything you need such as complimentary water, well working AC, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a very comfortable bed. Our room was a bit smelly which is why it doesn't deserve full 5 star review and don't expect too much from the "included breakfast" as it's nothing more than toasts, sugar and instant coffee. As it was the cheapest option, we decided to stay here, would stay again if that's the case again. Thanks for the great service!

Clean big size room”
Rooms are big Aircon works good , wifi is good and there is a fridge in the room . Located walking distance to many restaurants. Free coffee and toast in the morning .

You cannot complain, the bathroom is very basic, one sink and a small glass shelf on the top. The bed is small and the staff at reception don't care what you need because she is busy on phone with.....

Price was good but staff did not check before checking in. Let me in but said no to cancel later and said hotel was already fully booked.

Nice hotel in centre of town...friendly staff and easy check in. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. I would stay again

Best for a one- or two-night stay”
First of all, the hotel is very pretty, and the staff is super nice, but they speak almost no English, which is frustrating at times. The free breakfast consists of orange drink, instant coffee, white bread with jam and old looking cookies in a jar. My room was large and clean with plenty of space, and it had a balcony. The Wi-Fi was nothing short of excellent! I had no issues working from my room the entire time. The bathroom, however, looked like it needed redone and every time someone in a room near me flushed the toilet, the water would bubble up outside the bowl. I guess I have to request cleaning, because I was there 15 days and they didn't offer to clean my room once, but they did drop off water, which was nice. The place is super loud at night! The street is right below and motorbikes with the loud engines speed by all night plus the place echos, so you can hear the people in the lobby. The location is within walking distance of two large grocery stores and several shops and restaurants. Overall, if you are on a moderate budget, this is a great place to stay a night or two, but for a week, I would choose a quieter place with more amenities.

Value for money although location is away from the town centre. No elevator but it's a 3-storey building so not a big issue if you are physically fit. Not for older people. Parking by roadside.

Look no further if you want to book an affordable room in central Nakhon Si Thammarat with nice and clean rooms. The hotel offers great Wifi connection, strong powered aircon, Thai style bathroom (where water is splashed all over after using the shower...) and a big refrigerator. The included breakfast is very basic (toast and jam + coffee). The location is so-so. You will need a car to get around, but at least the parking is plentiful.
