We chose to come here after the school hols, so it was not crowded. Location: beautiful location, sea front, about 20-25 mins away from the city center. Has its own beautiful white sand beach with many food places to go to not too far away. Staff: very professional, efficient and friendly. They (from reception to the housekeeping and porter) made the stay there extra special. Room: we had the newly renovated room. Even the cabinets had the new smell. Loads of storage space. It was well designed. Loved it! Facilities: had a perfect kids splash, slide and pool area. However the adult pool is quite deep with 1.5m most places and no lifeguard. We had to keep an eye on our kids all the time. There was also a kids play area probably suitable for those below age 5. The spa was excellent with special rates for inhouse guest. I enjoyed that very much. Food: unable to comment as my room rate did not come with breakfast and to add on was quite steep especially since my kids and family don’t eat that much for breakfast. Cleanliness: top class. From the room to the beach. It was perfect. Kudos to the establishment. I will definitely come back here again if I were to go back to Kuantan.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss Garden Hotel in Kuantan and it was an experience we won’t soon forget. The family room was immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were particularly noteworthy - they were so comfortable that we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. Our children absolutely loved the playroom. It was not only fun but also safe, allowing us parents to relax while the kids played to their hearts’ content. It was a joy to see their faces light up with excitement and happiness. What truly set this hotel apart, however, were the beach activities. The ATV rides were thrilling and well-organized, providing us with an adventurous experience we thoroughly enjoyed. The fire performance was another highlight - it was mesmerizing and well-coordinated, leaving us in awe. The live up to their name as Swiss Garden Hotel 1. Upon arrival, ample parking space, only drawback is no guard watching over the carpark 2. Staff greet with most pleasant smile and service, they are cheerful and super helpful 3. Checking is easy as 1 2 3... 4. The bring our luggage to room fast and with smile and cheerful 5. The room setting is a bit old, but ok...actually they are renovating some of the floor and we able to glance thru at the ground floor and the renovated room is superb! 6. The children pool is exciting...my son and daughter enjoy the slide. Only things to improve is to clean the mold... 7. The adult pool is deep (5ft/1.5m), so be careful is kids want to take a dive 8. The pool attendant is so friendly, and answer every question asked 9. The beach is superb! The sand is nice and the water is shallow...only the drawback is there is ATV which offered by 3rd party, and some of the guest who ride ATV tends to ride very fast and dangerous to small kids 10. Checkout was fast and they accompany us till we left the hotel 11. Forgot to mention the kids playing room is superb and clean...like it... Kudos to the hotel staff name Kamal, Aznira & front desk team...you guys the best! Never meet hotel staff that is so friendly, helpful and nice... Plan to stay there again this year and stay at their newly renovated room... Keep up the good work!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived at the reception. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices that satisfied my taste buds. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, well-equipped, and had a peaceful atmosphere. From the reception desk to the pool area, everyone provided top-notch service. I felt very valued and well taken care of by the entire hotel team. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding, and I am giving 5 stars for everything! However, there was one thing that bothered me. On one occasion, when I returned to my room at 7 PM, I found my room being cleaned even though I did not request it. I felt uncomfortable as my personal belongings were in the room at that time. Aside from this incident, I am still very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and will definitely return in the future!
