We stayed at this Hotel years back and remembered it was a pleasant stay, so we decided to stay here again. We stayed in total 3 nights and it was torture. Price: For $10 extra we could have gone to Blessing Hotel, a 3 star hotel with good service, high-level cleanliness and more. Location: Right in front of Ben Thanh, the only good thing about this place. Cleanliness: Cockroaches, ants, dirty bed sheets - need I say more? Yes? How about the stay smoke smell that travelled even into our enclosed rooms? Terrible. Staff: Friendly. Facilities: It is 2 stars hotel and so limited facility. The breakfast option was the worst - 1-2 options available, not fresh and certainly not tasty.

Located steps from Ben Thanh Market. Hotel is old and dirty. Fridge smells wierd. Bathroom has mold on the wall. Found hugh cockroach walking around. OK for a night stay just to sleep. Barely acceptable for the price, considering paying just for the location.

Only positive thing i can think about is location for this place. Room i got initially was not properly maintained. Bathroom light was not functioning. Lack of kettle and air dryer. Things got better after they changed me to another room.

Visit to Vietnam after 9 years”
Our first trip this year (group of 4) was last 08/19-23/15, and one of us returned last 08/20/15. The location was very convenient as this time it was for pleasure and and a little for business as we bought some stuff for friends..Near market, malls and shopping centers. The rooms are clean, water is abundant, except that we noticed the temperature of the airconditioning units were controlled. Have to leave valuables at the reception each time we went out -but they are taken cared of. The receptionists are very helpful - speak English, enough to be understood. Particular receptionist we like most is Ms. Sherry. Even tickets to bus stations they can book for us (although for a higher amount -its cheaper to buy directly at the bus station). They assisted where we can buy the stuff we need and the local term for particular items we are looking for We can leave our things and they have a standby weighing scale in the lobby so we know our check in baggage are not over. For future travels to Vietnam, will stay in this hotel again...

Okay for one or two nights”
We used this hotel as a stopover when coming from Cambodia and waiting for our tour to start. The location is good and handy to many little restaurants and sight seeing points of interest but really that is where it finishes. The staff really came across as disinterested and the hotel itself is quite basic. Good for one or two nights only!

Not able to get rooms i reserved. Staf not able to comminicate well and lack of planing. Need to move room in the mid of my stay without my approval. Location is good. Free breakfast need improvement
