la via dove si trova non è proprio accattivante ed il personale non parla inglese comunque per una notte è una scelta economica ed apprezzabile. la stanza superior è spaziosa, nuova e decorata in maniera simpaticissima. un buon soggiorno.

Lovely hotel but a bit difficult to find it”

the room was clean, colourful and comfortable. excellent for the price. the guy at the reception did his best in order to help us but didn’t seem to be very familiar with giving tourist information and speaking english. there must be a laundry service as i’ve seen many washing machines and driers near the reception but i didn’t use it. the only bad thing is that the hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in a back road. we had a good map of the city but we had to ask for directions many times before we found it.

Comfortable room”

Clean and thoughtfully decorated room near the railway station and markets. Good access to public transport. Very hot shower. The room had a small fridge which is unusual in a budget guesthouse. However I could not get the WiFi to work at all during my stay and I found the management to be rather cold and uninterested.

Staying here is very reasonable, cheap price, clean and quiet especially at night. Recommended for solo travellers. The room is clean. The internet is very fast. Happy staying here. For the one who has vehicle, parking space is open, but limited.

A gem that is hidden away”

They don't do food. However, it is makes up for this in many other ways, the rooms are great. The location couldn't be better for NST. NST is a non tourist city, no M/cycles to rent unless you know someone! Cars, forget it unless you know someone or prepared to use taxi, but they don't speak English! Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the city for food, drink, movies and shopping. Best place to stay if you've never been to NST before.

A solid stay”

It was a good stay. The owner was ready when I asrrived; sometimes he wasn't at the desk but a family (his?) lives on the ground floor so there was always someone there when I needed, including at check out time. This is a simple guesthouse with key card to enter the building when it's late. The standard room was very clean and comfy - great value. I checked out a couple of similarly priced hotels nearby and the rooms at Teeny were far superior. The location is good, 10 min walk from the train station with lots of good restaurants nearby, but the guesthouse itself is a little off the main road. It's only a couple hundred meters but not well lit after dark. I didn't mind; lets just say I wouldn't want my sister to walk that way by herself late at night.

Ceiling in bathroom collapsed”

My stay was ok until the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed. I saw it slowly decaying. They made no attempt to fix it. Then one night ceiling collapsed. If i was standing there could have been injured

Teeny House with a big heart.”

First & not the last time we will stay @ Teeny House. It was a change from our 'normal' place in Nakhon & we really enjoyed it. Owners/Staff were very pleasant & helpful. If the location is not suiting your needs so much, then just grab a motorbike taxi from the corner of the street or ask reception to call you a meter Taxi. Lots of delicious local food available also in the main road which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The triple room was great value for money, very spacious & bathroom etc. clean. Will stay again.

Second stay and would stay 3d time”

This is the second time I stayed here (2 weeks nov 2014, now 3 weeks) and I will likely stay here again next time I visit Nakhon Si to visit my gf. The location in a realtively quiet street next to a market with excellent food is great. The hotel is clean, rooms reasonably comfortable (I staid in standard one, deluxe looks even nicer), has laundry machines with coin slot in common area, place to park scooter inside. The price is good. Downside for some people might be that there's no breakfast but there's plenty of restaurants and a market nearby.
