Pros - big, clean room. Internet is great. Fridge is a bonus and when I arrived I asked for a kettle and one was given to me immediately. The location is close to the night market, beach and a really nice temple. I would stay again. Cons - you can hear street noise in your room but I wear ear plugs anyways and sleep like a baby!

The location is easy to go grab food all night.It’s near 7-11 shop. It seems to be safe for solo traveler but We weren’t so impressed by the GSA(owner) as she didn’t have much of a service mind. Checking-in took us quite a long because she concerned about the price differences between hers and Agoda. 30 THB discount seemed to be a really big deal for her.😰😓😅 room is good for staying for one person , you better concern about space

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Had to wait for receptionist for over 30 minutes to check in. Shower had no hot water or pressure, had to squat to shower.

Fantastic modern hotel. Across the street from Tesco, few minutes away from the town. Walls are a bit thin though and reception closes early, arrive in time.

first night here was terrible because of the noise from the busy street all night. second time I booked on accident and staff literally just stole my $$.

This place is quite inside and have to walk a bit, apart from that the staff isnt much happy to help you, they dont have a smile on their face except for the owner. By night fall all staff members are gone. overall its a satisfactory place.

The receptionist ”welcomed” me with a not very friendly (quote)”What do you want?”. Also forgot to tell me that the reception closes at night and that you have to go by a stair beside the house.. Ok room and central location but that’s all

Only recommended to those who catching ferries as within walking distance to pier. Also walking distance around Thongsala town. The reception lady (short hair) very unfriendly during check in and we did told her we will need to check out early morning but she just nodded her head but didn't advice we need to leave the keys until we ask another staff again at night. Reception not on 24hours if you catching 6:30am ferry , staff advised us to leave the keys inside the room. Lobby will be closed at night 8:30pm and you will need to use staircase at the side of hotel to go up. Lights was not bright enough. Room without window. Toilet shower is not functioning well.

He give us the room beside room...lobby big door will be close at 8pm..after 8pm everyone have to pass the door beside our room n it a very big sound when open n close the door it would be disturb us for late night not really sleep on the night...And the stuff have a very bad service they are standing n talking around I have to stand at counter for ask for check out and nobody was at the lobby after I say helloo to the stuff that i wan to check up she turn her head ask me to wait and she continue her conversation without pay attention on me at first...and a very bad service and also not a good place to sleep and the price is even higher then a 4star price..it not worse for the price we book...
