L’Hotel ha tutto quello che serve, punto forte la posizione. Sei circondato da locali e negozi, i maggiori punti d’interesse sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi, a partire dal mercato e il palazzo della riunificazione. La stanza è pulita, a disposizione bollitore dell’acqua con caffè, thè e bottigliette di acqua fresca ogni mattina. Dal balcone si ammira lo skyline di Ho Chi Min e i giochi di luci dei grattacieli. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale della reception (in particolare la ragazza).

Lovely hotel, even better staff”
Akoya is a lovely small scale hotel in central District 1 - two blocks from the Ben Thanh market and walking distance from the main upscale shopping district in Saigon. The owner pays close attention to her property, and has clearly paid close attention to the design and fittings in the apartment. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the beds ultra comfy, I wish I was having less fun and could have slept in more often. The front desk staff all spoke excellent English and were the most beautiful gentle people I met in VN. The rooms were always cleaned well and the cleaners honest - I intentionally left money and notebooks out, the cleaners did not touch them. The security man Mr Van is the most gentle and sweet man, every time taking the opportunity to ensure I was getting in the car I had ordered, and keeping touts away from me - he is a huge asset to their establishment. I will be returning and would not consider any other hotel in Saigon.

Nice new hotel”
Saw this new hotel and deciced to give it a try for my first stay in Vietnam. I was surprised to find that the gentleman helping me with my luggage could speak Cantonese!!! (and so did the Grab driver when I left for airport) Didn't expect that there are so many Chinese in Vietnam. Everything in this hotel is new and clean. The staff are really welcoming. I tried a bit breakfast and the grilled pork (I suppose) was pretty good!

I really loved Akoya Saigon. All the staff were extremely helpful, the facilities were clean and while we picked a small room, it was well organized and modern. I wish we had opted for a room with a window but the soundproofing considering we were on a busy street was good. AC worked well. Breakfast was always varied with fresh juice, yoghurt and hot food. Congee was always good. We will stay here again.

We were traveling as a couple and stayed 2N. The hotel has a perfect position very close to almost all the important things to see in district 1. The front desk lady spoke perfect english, was very Friendly and helped a lot. Rooms were clean and we were happy. 10 of 10!

Highly recommended hotel to stay”
The hotel room here is not very wide but adequate and clean. My family and I love the industrial design of the room. What surprise us is the hotel will provide us complimentary 2 cans of beer, Coke and 2 bottles of water daily. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. One of the staff in reception desk speaks really good English, also she took me to the police station with her bike as I wanted to make a report on my smartphone being grabbed away. The breakfast provided is quite basic with less variety, but it is satisfying for us. The location of the hotel is in the central of District 1, which is not very far from some of the popular landmarks by foot. There are plenty of food stalls or restaurant nearby, so need not worry about your meal. A 24 hr convenience store is also at the same with the hotel. Overall it was a great experience for my family and I staying in this hotel and we will definitely consider here when we travel to Ho Chi Minh city again.

Great Place, Great Location”
This place was great. Very close to all the things we wanted to see. Very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Just know that the rooms are quite small. Not for people who want to sit around in the hotel.

Room with no window ”
This was the first hotel I stayed in that had no window in the room. When I researched hotels prior to arriving in Vietnam, I knew I wanted to stay at Akoya Saigon Central, however I was concerned as the only rooms available were windowless. However, after visiting the busy and noisy cities of Hanoi and HCMC, having a room without a window is the way to go! The room was small, but had everything I needed for a 4-night stay. The bed was comfortable and all items in the bar fridge were free! The shower worked well but no hot water from sink tap, which I found odd. The hotel is less than a block from Ben Thanh Market, and a 5 minute walk to some good restaurants in the area. The breakfast service was a bit inadequate on my first meal, then the next time it was outstanding, a complete opposite of the previous day. Despite the hiccup on the first morning breakfast, all the customer service from the female staff was very sweet and highly appreciated.

Amazing small a d cozy hotel in perfect location. ”
You feel extremely welcome at checkin. The hotel is like brand new. Beds are very comfortable and I slept like a king. Breakfast has a good variety of hot dishes and some western choices. Glad I will be back to stay at Akoya again in just two weeks!

Ideal location ”
Perfectly situated around the corner from the street food market and Ben tanh market. Small hotel but gives a more personalised experience. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast more than adequate, free mini bar in the room. Stayed here as our planned stay at the central palace hotel was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before.........I think they did us a favour we had a fantastic stay at less than half the price, with a small balcony too! Only thing missing was a pool but we wouldn’t have had time to use this anyway. Would definitely return

Great hotel in the heart of Saigon”
Hotel is very stylish and modern, we got a room without a window (as last time we stayed in Saigon it was super noisy) it was quiet and clean. Staff is super helpful and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend to stay there, it is a minute walk from the market.

Very clean. Great location as it is walking distance to most major attractions including War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. I was able to walk to many restaurants and rooftop bars. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again

Akoya Saigon Central is a great 3-star hotel. What stands out is the reception staff. They are friendly, helpful and willing to go beyond their call of duty. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located.

Very central hotel ”
The hotel is clean, staff is nice, Minibar is free, but the noise from Saigon’s street you can hear all night long - even on 7th floor. We stayed for 2 nights and were happy to leave towards a quieter City Hue.

Prefect little gem”
The staff were excellent at this hotel. Nothing was an issue. Very attentive and great English. The facilities were top notch. Everything works the way it should. You can tell that the staff take great pride in their hotel. Will be staying here on my next trip to HCMC.

Great staff, good clean rooms”
Staff are very helpful and you can ask them anything or even to help book a bus. Rooms are cleaned daily with 2 water bottles given. Highly recommended!
