Eccezionale”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are like small huts, where you have your own little porch in front, all of them near the pool and the sea. It’s basic with cold water in the shower, but the location and the facilities are so great, that you don’t really need much else. The staff is friendly and helpful, when you ask them, though they don’t approach you to see if you need help. Five minutes walking is the Big C supermarket, which we thought was very useful. Very tranquil atmosphere, no parties at night, though there is a bar by the pool.

Value for money hotel”
This is a nice property which is on the simple/basic side. I started with a beachfront bungalow, which was lovely although a little dates and leaking toilet, but the wifi wasn't available in the room as it was too far from the pool wifi, so I moved to a beach bungalow (still had a view) where the wifi was strong. The room was clean and basic. The beds are Thai style and hard, but the AC worked and each had a little patio. The pool is nice with a pool bar and beach pillows and onsite massage and restaurant. If you are dollar conscious, then you'll do fine here!

There are a wide range of villas available for the budget traveller through to luxury pools side cabins but everyone gets to enjoy the pool, cabanas and ocean view.!! They rent bikes as well and there is a full restaurant if you dont feel like venturing out.

Well priced for over night stay ”
We stayed here for just one night as we got to Koh Phangan a day earlier than expected. We just needed a stop over place for one night, located close to the pier. We ended up loving the location, pool and resident doggos. Our original hotel was on the south east of the island, which is a lot more quiet and centred more towards the full moon parties, which we aren't that interested in. We tried to book this place again for the end of our stay, but the price unfortunately shot up so we couldn't justify staying again! But if you can get it for as cheap as we did (around 400 baht a night) then I would defo recommend! It's right on a white sand beach and was much quieter than where we ended up staying!!

Spartan accom at awesome value”
Staff were great and made me welcome, helped out with many things and were extremely pleasant. Rooms are very basic, no fridge a tv that doesn't work and the shower facilities are quite old. Pool is great and open all hours, bikes available for hire. Would stay there again.

The pool and beach are great and the staff at the bar are lovely. The food made me feel a bit sick though and the rooms are not the beat. Very dated and need a good clean. We upgraded the room as the budget one we booked was a bit like a prison cell. Overall it was a nice laid back place with lots of places to get a drink around the hotel

Good location ”
Nice bungalow but pricey , good location , nice reception staff , clean pool , not to loud at night, close to anything you wanted walking wise , and we hired bike from hotel to tour the island, bikes all seem to be 250 baht and ours from the hotel was fine , the beach wasn’t particularly good but ok and you have a pool next to it , which is why they built a pool I suppose , take your bike to northern beaches for that , our bathroom was always under water as it wouldn’t drain out of plug so constantly walking through water to do teeth etc , to be honest we didn’t complain they would need to completely reptile bathroom and use a spirit level , all in all good , we booked 3 stayed 6 nights just beach, bathroom and be pricey for what you get.

Looks good but no match with us”
Arrived late and so tired, we received an unfriendly welcome by the friend's staff (no staff present). Bad other surprises, Bar and restaurant were closed. They didn't care about how we can eat, but asked us 500 baths (15€) of deposit for the room's key (???). After, resort looked clean, room and piscine as well with nice view. Bad timing I think, we arrived during the low season and we were just desapointed because we expected better prestations.

Bungalows right in the beach . Nice pool and beach bar. Lots of restaurants arounds. Good value for the price .

Good location, dirty bungalows”
Location is very good, but simple bungalows are disaster. First of all the smell was terible, not sure where it comes from but smelled like urine all around bungalow, moreover there were ants everywhere in the bed and bathroom. We had neighbours who put their stuff everywhere, hang the hammock on the main entrance, so everytime we come home we had to manage to get in our house through their hanging butts. Prices at the restaurant of hotel are like in a good restaurant, bar near the pool also looks very poor. Reception asks 500thb deposit but we didn't understand for what, because there were nothing to destroy in there since everything is very poor.

Not for family”
I visited the place after the peak of COVID-19, hence, the place was kind of dirty since there weren’t many staff around to keep the place clean. The view from look ok but the sea at the place wasn’t very clean which makes it the whole place looks a bit dirty. The pool was ok.

Loud and Dirty”
A Dirty, loud place. It’s presented as three stars resort but I do not believe that. Bungalow we got had no AC what’s comprehensive for that price but come on.... you do not have the smallest refrigerator while it’s 35 degrees. Smart way to push you to buy all at the bar coz closest shop it’s about 15 minutes walk. I think he Bathroom to hot water what in the morning can be difficult to get ‘cold’ shower when u sleep in 30 degrees. That was not mentioned in the discription of the Bungalow. You constantly can swim at you Bathroom coz the water does not drain at all Smell of the pees all the time even it was asked the stuff to pay attention to that while room refreshing. Ants and other insects everywhere. Had to use two bottle of autan and off to get rid of them. Nice swimming pool and dirty beach.

The price is not true”
The price is not true. The house is small, there is nothing in it. Disgusting attitude to their customers. Upon departure, the deposit was not returned. They shouted at me with a girlfriend, saying that we did not understand them about the amount of payment for the room. Ask for payment receipts with transcripts of dates of residence. P.S: Special thanks to the hotel staff.

Service is bad by the reception owner i dont know Bar staff are good Owner say cannot order from restaurant to other places in resort Need to take yourself the food from restaurant and bring back to restaurant the plate Lets say you eat at pool or bar need to go bring yourself food from only restaurant because cant bring from outside but no service for food at pool or bar Not understand this Room not clean broken door

Awfull”
There were a lot of bugs and spiders in our room. We changed rooms, but it wasn’t getting any better. There was even a cockroachs in our bed. After telling this to the staff, they didn’t took us seriously and they didn’t gave a solution. We immediately left the hotel, so we really DON’T recommand this place.
