Really enjoyed the stay. The location is sort of hidden so I put the address of neighbouring shop when I called a grab car. All the staffs are polite and informative. I Had one option for breakfast and tried only noodles. They were served with coffee and yogurt. Good enough for the breakfast.

I only had one night here but everything was perfect. The room is clean, has facilities, have big bottle of water too, can drink hot or cold. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. But the breakfast menu is not many and not really stuffs for me and my bf. But overall, it's still a nice place to stay

I stayed I here with my mom and everything was just perfect. Very clean, the rooms are big and up to date. It's more like a studio with daily cleaning. Also big compliments to the friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway Spot”

Nice, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff tucked away in a small sidestreet away from the noise...lots of food within walking distance...vietnamese, japanese and some western food. The breakfast had several different sets to choose from (order the day before at the reception due to the pandemic) and was decent....nice lounge area with jacuzzi pool on the rooftop. Recommended, good value for the price !

Clean and comfortable stay!”
Traveling with teenager, they can be picky at times. However, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the smell of the fresh towels and bedsheets everytime we are back to the hotel. Great front desk reception, service is impeccable. Stayed for 5 Nights, although we had to switch rooms once due to the high demand in our first option, we had to book a different room for the last 2 nights. The staff were very accomodating as we explained that we’ll be in a full day tour, so they helped us move our luggage’s to the new room when we were out (in which we appreciated very much). Delicious breakfast, we get to choose what we wanted to have the next morning. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely will be back again in a year or two. Thank you to the staff at The Bloom 🥰

To start with i was not expecting the rooms to be so clean and with all the amenities provided inside the rooms with all the basic things like cooktop,kettle, drinking water and top of it all the kind and the helpful staff makes it a great choice!!! Breakfast was good the cafe at the top is quaint and beautiful!!!

Was ok but not convinced ”
We booked this hotel because of the Jacuzzi and "nice room view", with breakfast included. When we reach the place, Jacuzzi was not working - plus the check in was really intense, we had to decide between few dishes for the day after already at that time. Maybe better communication would have help with the expectation, the room is ideal for short periods of time but not properly and hotel.

Very nice hotel”
Hotel is new, the room is spacious and has all the comfort you would expect. We found the area perfect for our needs: a little paradise out of the chaotic centre, very relaxed and full of little bars, cafes and restaurants. Still very close to the city centre, just few minutes with a taxi. Staff very helpful, in particular Quynh and Phuoc have been very kind. It has a nice terrace and bar on the top floor, very nice view and chilled atmosphere. Breakfast is served there and it is a pleasant way to start the day. Unfortunately the breakfast itself was not so nice. Few choices and no sweet dishes (only yogurt). We would have expected at least some butter and jam or croissants. Anyway, when we checked out they asked us what they could improve, we mentioned about the poor breakfast and they took a note. Maybe they will improve that in the future. Apart from the breakfast disappointment, we would definitely come back to this hotel.
