This place has great good value for Amsterdam, it’s very close to the airport and to the bus station, and you can be in central Amsterdam in 30 minutes

Very near to airport (just 2 stops from Amsterdam airport) and walking distance from bus stop to hotel. Hotel is also clean and new.

Good location with direct access bus to airport and Amsterdam city centre, buses run 24/7 and there is an option to hop on the train from the airport for a faster transfer to Amsterdam Central, which is a 3 min bus ride, staff very friendly and helpful, comfortable with a modern look.

Very nice hotel close to the bus stop. Only two stops from Schiphol Airport but not walkable. Wish the hotel had a shuttle as we had lots of luggage and bus was expensive and inconvenient. We were given a room with wheelchair accessibility for some reason. Bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom which was unnecessary for us. TV set up for casting from a mobile device, which we couldn't get working. Cable TV not an option. A couple more coffee pods for the machine would have been nice.

Ladies and Gentleman, The hotel itself is fun. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the staff (especially the gentlemen of the night shift!) To pull money out of the pockets of the guests. Disgusting tricks are tried that apparently violated house rules and the hotel manager demands a penalty. However, when you ask for a manager for correct information, you are told that the management will not be in the house until tomorrow. Of course, you won't get a detailed invoice in written form! You have to pay the fine immediately so that you can enter your already paid room. We insisted on an immediate room inspection and behold: NO TRACE OF SMOKE!! The gentleman of the night shift (who just demanded €250 from us) said the room was fine.

One of our colleagues smelled smoke from your room and upon inspection discovered someone had smoked so you were charged a fine. Facilities are all new and unique style. Rooms are very quiet in a classical interior design. I only had small issue while checkin due to their technical error. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choices!

1) take the bus from Schiphol airport, it's 10min. 2) or to Zuid WTC its 15min. Gym, restaurant, breakfast, etc. very convenient. Staff is very helpful. Nice dining/working area and even meeting rooms available if needed.

The Hotel concept is fantastic. The lack of phones in the room and the rude staff is when things go from the sublime to the ridiculous. We had this coffee machine in our room that had not been cleaned for a while and was on the blink. When reported we had to pay for coffee down stairs every morning. No on came up to fix it as the response was it has a trick to it. Guess what we on a short stay don't have time to learn your coffee machine tricks. The restaurant was expensive and no value in the food vs price. They remove the room service menu at dinner time forcing you to eat from a somewhat quirky menu that's not for everyone taste at a minimum of €20 per person. Rip off... I booked based on rating and price, for the price it was value but all the rest of it could have been avoided...

Indeed our coffee machines after being cleaned sometimes need to be restarted, which is when we offer a simple "trick" for that as you have mentioned- our staff however is always happy to come upstairs to fix any issues if asked for help. We are also sorry to hear you were not pleased with our restaurant. The prices of the restaurant mirror restaurant prices in the Netherlands, and hotel-restaurant prices to be more specific. Our snack menu is separate than the dinner menu which is why they do not coexist, just like our lunch menu is not available for dinner-time, a practice that is commonplace in Dutch restaurants. No hotel/airport shuttle, add$65 to trip. Guest comes last! Next door to IPS all night receiving yard. Thermostat not working, reported nothing done. $24 burger and fries, frozen ff previously cooked meat undercooked bacon onion mush. No phone in room?..... Staff self important. Not interested in your needs, just their own, like children running hotel. As long as it is trendy, does not have to be good. ECT

Aside from the hotel name being misleading - you need to walk and then take a bus to the airport, the hotel staff were lovely and the rooms are well equipped.

We were enroute to take train from Amsterdam back to London but the train got canceled. We booked a last min flight to travel by plane instead and had to stay one night at Florian. The price was reasonable. Location wise, its' abt 10-12 mins away from airport by bus. There's no hotel shuttle for Florian, you may try to take the Bastian/Best Western shuttle and take a short walk from there. The hotel staff was awesome.

I stayed at the Florian during my long layover and it was fantastic. Great location (take the 300 bus to de hoek) and beautiful interior. I chose this to make my ex (who exclusively travels to resorts) jealous and it worked. Plus it has comfortable beds
