Simply perfect for our short stay!”
The staff is very nice and friendly. The room is exactly as described, quite large, very clean with plenty of natural light, overlooking the swimming pool which is a fantastic benefit at the end of a long day of exploration of the countryside. Tea and coffee in the morning is an appreciated plus. A fantastic place at this price range. Highly recommended!

Stayed 4 nights, very clean room and the hotel was also very clean.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will stay there again, good location and very quiet at night time,the bed was very comfortable.

Will definitely make this hotel my first choice when visiting Surin. I have been coming a few times a year for 15 years and this hotel suits me best. I require: hot water, clean, air conditioning, and prefer a pool. Their price was very reasonable and everything was to my standard or above. Friendly English speaking staff too.

Clean and great value. The pool is a welcome relief from the Thai heat. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English. The restaurant looks great with many customers from outside the hotel - a good sign. Will definitely be my #1 choice when visiting Surin.

We had a lovely 2 day stay at the grace residence great value for money ,lovely food , great menu ,great staff very helpful rooms were nice & clean everything working as it should beds very comfortable slept like a log pool not overly large but lovely & relaxing great size Realy speaking . Carpark great size plenty of parking spaces overall a lovely 2 day break as we had 4 rooms 2 twin & 2 Double all 8 of us not a bad word to say about the Grace Residence hotel I’ve stayed 4star & 5star all over the world and not being treat as good as this & value for money I’m back in surin in the new year this is where I’ll be booking into without a doubt great stay Darren & Jane.

It was ok for the Money”
The downside. No lift One puller each that was the thickness of a pancake Bathroom was very dated. The toilet seat was not fixed Staff was ok and pleasant.They doi not help with the bags. I maybe would come again but not be my first choice

Pleasant stay ”
We were staying in Surin for the moto gp, the Grace was so nice to come home to in the evening after the busy days at chang international circuit. Surroundings are so safe and quiet, restaurant was good and the staff super friendly, 2ladies in particular Fai and Namwan spoke abit of English and really assisted us with information. The rooms are quite basic could add a kettel in the room or hairdryer in the bathroom. In a nutshell, very nice place to be.

Room OK... Building outside front om but a lot a birds at the back with a lot of bird mess. Breakfast not so good. Good food from the restaurant in the evening with very polite staff.

Great hotel, clean rooms,. Staff were very helpful. Attached to the hotel is a good Thai restaurant. Can recommend I'll stay here next time in Surin.

Eccezionale”
The hotel was nice and quiet, places to get food and alcohol very close by. The reception staff were very helpful and one man in particular spoke excellent english...he was so helpful and very knowledgable. there was a fish "pond" with some beautiful coi carp. I arrived at about 12 pm and was allowed to go straight in to my room. The bed in the room was very comfortable and it was cleaned by the maids every day (They got a good tip from me that was really appreciated). Nice shower and toilet and WiFi worked fine. Thank you to everyone. I intend to stay there again.

The rooms are large with great size bathroom and shower , Pool is nice to relax in although the sun doesn’t get to it much , it’s about 10 minute walk into town …. Has simple accessories with also restaurant down stairs, the staff are ok, Tv has no English channels at night but the wifi is good …
