Modern and nice design. Love the smell of coffee. Kids like the swing a lot. Friendly staff. My whole family love to stay here. We will surely stay here when we travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

Everything in this hotel is very nice. From the staffs especially the receptionist in reception area. They are very helpful, everything is clean. Good service. Keep it up The Hut Boutique Hotel. I will be back here for sure.

Poor water system and no sound protection ”

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. As this is new hotel, there are many things which have not been checked or in place. 1. There was no hot water during our 4 days of stay. My husband and myself could not take shower at night after long-day due to lack of hot water. We asked for changing and got comment that they use polar system. The next day it was sunshine the whole day, we thought it would better but then no hot water at all. We had to take shower with cold water and it’s extremely unpleasant 2. There was no sound protection. We stayed at the first floor and all noises from the other guests, we heard ppl chatting, laughing and eating at their room. And even smal walking at upper level, we still can hear the sound 3. Facilities- poor. We sometimes ask for some small things which we can often find at other hotel but here there is nothing. We bought a Bottle of beer but we don’t have the opener. Came down the coffee shop and asked for it, but they don’t have.

Strategic location near classic architectural masterpieces Duc Ba church . Hotel is clean. Bed & pillow are comfortable & clean. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. I like the design of the room which is really nice.

Beautiful place”

The staff is wonderful, extremely friendly. You won't feel like you are a guest. The place is really clean and the bathrooms are new and modern. Very nice location. A great place to be!

The BEST on so many levels”

Listen up, folks. We were here during the COVID chaos when HCMC was in full lockdown....when flying into HCMC was confusion magnified. The hotel manage Ms. Sam was indefatigable in her help to us...whether it was to intervene on our behalf and communicate directly with agencies/airlines/hospitals she was there....like a lighthouse guiding us while the covid storm raged. She provided us with a private taxi only after researching out which would quote a more reasonable price. Not only that, our taxi driver went into the airport with us to take us right to where we were to check in. The room was clean, a cooking element was supplied and directions on how to obtain food given out as well as suggestions on what NOT to do during strict lockdown. The room was spotless, and we slept on a large comfortable bed. WE felt safe, cared for, protected. If we could give 10 stars to this little boutique hotel we would....or a galaxy of stars!

Lovely hotel with the best coffee in town!”

This is my second time that I came back here for a short staycation. Everything is still great just as the first time I was here. The coffee shop downstairs is a fantastic highlight for all coffee lover as they made the best coffee! The room is spacious and full of natural day light for a book worm like me. Can't describe how much I like this place! Surely I will keep coming back here again and again!

Suitable place for both short & long vacation”

They have full facilities in the room, very clean, a coffee shop downstair, many restaurants around (including vegetarian food). This hotel is located in the center, very convenient for wandering.

Value for money ”

I stay here last time and the price is more expensive, they have promotion this time but still the same room. Comfy bed and friendly staffs. Good location. Good value for money.

Stylish spacious room, good coffee shop downstairs, great location and neighborhood. Sam the boss is super helpful, helped me out with a lot of questions related to things I needed to get done in HCM. This place is both a bargain and a 10, a pretty rare find.

lovely hidden place in a small street”

Knowing this hotel by accident when we had a coffee here in last year and we come back to stay for the trip. The building is lovely with long balcony and fresh air which I personally like.The only one thing is that if you have bike you need to park next building at midnight but it is just 10k so does not matter much. Will come back for Hanoi egg coffee and stay!

We had one night at the Hut. It was nice. Very good location. Staff members were nice and supportive. We would like to return and enjoy more services at the ground coffee and coworking space.

The staff is super helpful as we were planning to celebrate one of the guest's birthday, the staff used his offwork time to prepare cake, card, and even decorate the room with balloons. The cafe downstairs serve very good egg coffee. The staff also helped to arrange driver to send us to airport.
