The best it can ever be!”
Service of staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to satisfy your needs. All staff speaks English. The room is comfortable and sparkling clean with cleaning twice daily. The teabags given were from TWG and toiletries from Molten Brown. Didn't know they provide fetching service when we arrive and had a hard time pushing our luggages up the slope but when we leave they offered to fetch us to the shuttle bus waiting point, with the staff by our side. Price is high but they make every cent worth!

Exeptional 5 star Experience ”
Our 3 night stay in February was very pleasant. The staff is kind, engaging, comunicative, eager to help, and professional. The hotel room and on-site restuarants were great. Room preparation was excellent. Concierge staff was excellent, Bell and vehicle related services excellent. The staff communicated with us in English and made sure we were always well cared for. This is something we noticed, appreciated and discussed during our visit to Seoul. We have stayed in numerous beautiful locations around the world but the staff here are unmatched. They take this seriously and obviously excell at what they do. We are very happy and have already decided we would stay here again. You made a great impression. I used this hotel, twin rooms having accessing granted to executive lounge. This hotel have high class room condition, private sauna, hotel pool inner and outside, health training center and very delicious and high class foods. This hotel have Michelin 3 stars restaurant. So I think that is the reason why their food is very delicious. Even you can eat high class food 4 times for 1 day. I also go to more in future. I used many 5 stars hotel in over the world. But this hotel is very firstly class I think.

Superb Hotel with exceptional staff”
I have stayed in many Hotels around the world but I rank The Shilla, Seoul as my personal favourite. The location and Views are fantastic, with the Metro a 3 minute walk away. I have stayed on the club floor on both occasions and the Food and Beverage offered here is mind-blowingly good. I have never experienced such high quality food being offered on a club floor anywhere. The staff are immaculately groomed, totally professional and always willing to help. Simply a fantastic hotel.

Lunch at hotel restaurant La Yeon”
Had lunch at hoteI's restaurant La Yeon upon arrival prior to checkin. Everything was good except waitress forgot my Sinseollo order and came out after extended wait period after all mains have finished. I didn't really appreciate the attitude of the person receiving our orders as she acted as if nothing was wrong but clearly the order was forgotten. No apologies from the restaurant. The hotel was good however.

Its such a nice hotel with Great service right from door, they do their job with great pride. Most of them able to understand and speak English so our stay is really nice. Rooms is nice too. when we came back the 2nd time, they already put our luggage in the room. Very well organize hotel. I will return.

It was outstanding service, fantastic view! 1.Staff were great and professional. -I left few items at the room and all of them were well kept and waiting for me. 2. Food was great! 3. All glass cup in the room w covered by plastic and sealed. I highly recommend this place! 4. Quiet and peaceful hotel!

My favorite hotel in Seoul. Service is always excellent. One thing I need to highlight this time - while Korea is currently watched from worldwide due to coronavirus, Shilla hotel checks everybody's temperature when they get in at the entrance. I can use this hotel without anxiety.

Excellent hotel”
I have been to many 5 star hotels in Seoul, and the Shilla is up there with the best. The hotel is pretty old but they have done a great job at cleanliness. Staff are very professional and considerate. The only bad thing is the parking lot is a bit far, so you have to take a shuttle. My room was very clean and the staff eas very nice to ask me which view I would prefer. I would definitely come back again

Amazing hotel experience!!!”
This hotel, while certainly not cheap, is worth the money. I have rarely been to a hotel that has more attentive and caring staff. They legitimately seem to care about their guests and their needs. They also will go the extra mile to help you. We have a 22 month old and they treated us very well. Little things like when we booked breakfast, they already had his baby chair and crayons for drawing at his table. They anticipate these things and were so attentive to details. If we go back to Seoul we will definitely stay here again!

Best hotel ever. ”
I've stayed at top notch hotels worldwide but this one is tops for me. Well laid out rooms, with view, outstanding service staff who are courteous and knowledgeable. Hotel has system on place for all front office greeters to know so your are upon arrival. Executive privileges are substantial and good quality. Food, lounge, drinks, service and spa. While it's set in a park, it is rather far from key shopping areas.

One of the BEST hotel experience I've ever had in my life”
The staffs are so well-trained that their service simply blew my mind, all the way from checking-in to checking-out. This is the service level that ALL hotels worldwide should seek to replicate and learn from. If you're in a dilemma, I'll say JUST TRY IT, it's WORTH IT!

This hotel provides super kind and fast services, whatever you want. It’s amazing and pleasure experiences to stay here. The only flaw in this hotel is that quite crowded cause it’s very popular places for various social meetings. But I really recommend to stay here if you have plan to visit Seoul.
