Best hotel i’ve stayed in for this price”
Location is great (far from the noise) and neighborhood is quiet and safe! You can walk to sunyudo park which is gorgeous!!! Also few stops away from yeouido, can have a picnic in han river (highly suggested) and a few stops away from hongdae and seoul station. Will definitely be booking again! Plus there’s a cafe in the lobby which serves great sandwiches and pastries and coffee orcourse!!! recommended 👍

this place is not expensive and so clean! And staffs are all kind. Having CV store near around, many restaurant also. We choose breakfast PKG, It was so deli !! If you come here , U 'll never regret.

Nice service and great location !! There is G25 mart near the hotel and many restaurants around there. (I love kkanbuchicken) In front of the hotel has a bus station and subway! Very convenient to travel. If i can go to South Korea again i will back to this hotel :) THANK YOU

It is just a few meters from the subway line 9. It is clean, and very quiet neighbourhood.but even though it's quiet you have everything you need. Affordable and good value

The hotel room is spacious and has all the amenities you need. We've enjoyed our stay here as it is near the Metro station and just a walk away from parks, free standing beauty shops, coffee shops and restaurants.

It is a nice hotel that is conveniently close to the subway. Hence, easy to move around and get on the train back to the airport within 45 minutes. The only issue I have is that the body wash is rationed daily....therefore you pay for extra if you need more than the 50ml to 100ml.

Good Location, Nice and Aesthetic Hotel”
Both me and my cousin had a great time staying at The State Sunyu. Really loved their interior of their toilets, their marble walls! Staffs were helpful and nice. Would totally recommend this hotel although it can be a bit far from Myeongdong and Seoul station but it was alright. This hotel was nearer to Hongdae and Ewha University, we were glad we could take a bus direct back to our hotel as there was a bus stop in front of the hotel. It's easy to locate and just few steps away from Seonyudo Station (: There were alot of food shops, convenience stores and also just opposite of the hotel, there was an Olive Young shop. Can do some last minute makeup shopping. Overall it was a good stay!

Terrific modern Hotel. Though not in typical tourist area, you are 20m from a subway entrance and near numerous spouses bus lines. Nicely appointed rooms. Silent. Very dark with curtains drawn, but Air Con had a very bright light on it that I had to block with tape to sleep. Just a handful of small restaurants nearby, but the bakery in lobby is excellent. They need to clean under the beds more often, but otherwise spotless.

Perfect Except for Noise”
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a room for an affordable price and it was clean, conveniently located, had a tub, room was spacious, good toiletries and amenities, etc. However, do not stay here if you want to sleep. A major letdown for me was the noise that traveled through the walls and floors. I could hear very loud screeching whenever someone upstairs or next door moved the chairs. I could hear conversations next door like they were sitting right next to me. In the morning, I woke up because the sound of cleaning next door sounded like they were right inside of my room. I came to this hotel to sleep and rest, so the noise situation was a huge disappointment. I will probably never stay here again because sleep is very important to me, but if you are a deep sleeper, this hotel is a steal.

We stayed a night to celebrate our 1st year anniversary and had a great also unforgettable time! Everything was perfect, especially all staff was so kind :-) Besides, we delivered pizza for room service, taste was good but some pieces of pizza stick to paper(it could be happened pizza was so hot and not eoung oil underneath the pizza dough).
