In linea di massima è stato buono. La camera doppia è però molto piccola, senza un vero armadio dove riporre gli oggetti ed i vestiti (solo 3 grucce da appendere al muro mi sembra un po' poco). Inoltre, da un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe il cambio della biancheria almeno giornalmente (in 3 notti di permanenza nessun cambio). L'albergo è comunque pulito e posizionato in una zona tranquilla (anche se vicinissimo alla zona museale)

Amazing all round ”

Hotel is in the perfect location and a 10 minute work from Museum Island & you’re right in the city centre so you’re surrounded by food & shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, we got upgraded to signature and it is well worth the extra money. The room is stunning and so well made, they had a coffee machine, a flat screen TV, hair dryer, loads of towels, storage space and all the shower essentials you needed. We got a view of the city at the bottom of our bed and the shower and bath we’re huge. The staff were so lovely and friendly at all times, everything ran so smoothly and we couldn’t fault a thing! Overall the best hotel we’ve stayed in, in a while! We would definitely come back and stay here again. 10/10

The towels could be better. They were shedding. I believe they were new. That’s my only negative observation. Everything else is perfect.

Easy to find, easy to check in, lovely room and well located for a weekend's fun. Would definitely consider staying here again

Pretty good”

The room was big but a bit weird. There is no desk so there is no comfortable place to work in the room. This also makes it difficult to eat in the room. Another weird furniture choice is the rolling coffin storage box where you put your luggage. There are no drawers for folded clothes or socks. The bed is high and surrounded by hard corners. I am short and found this difficult especially in the middle of the night. My shower was difficult to use and after two nights I moved to a different room with a great shower. I enjoyed the art in this room (204) much more than the art in the first room (302). I recommend the Weinmeister but be aware of small issues - like no desk and a super firm and high bed. The morning front desk reception was friendly, but not the evening receptionist. The hotel has a reverse cleaning service. You put up a sign if you want your hotel room cleaned. I hung mine out as instructed, but the room was never cleaned. Instead they slipped the card under my door. Otherwise the hotel is very chic, comfortable beds. Two gym facilities available for use.

The hotel was located excellently staff was pleasant and helpful although when asked for help with a dinner reservation was met with some confusion by the receptionist at the time . Rooms were fun would have been nice to have a coffee or tea available in the room

This is the Best Hotel I've been in a while ”

Location is perfect! The staff was so friendly & helpful. The room I got (502 signature room) was sublime. I really recommend this hotel for solo travelers , it's truly a wonderful place.

Terrible value per money”

I spent more than 300€ per night. My room was so tiny I could barely walk on the side of the bad. No working desk. No shampoo, no conditioner. As for Breakfast you can either have a croissant and coffee at the lobby, or you reach the near Einstein Cafè accross the courtyard. Does it sound like a 5-star treatment to you? not for me. I appreciate the atmosphere and location but that's not enough for this price level. I fell like I wasted a fair amount of cash. Extremely disappointing.

I really like the leisure / casual setting of the room; the staff are very friendly and helpful and in fact they are more attentive when compared with three other hotels we stayed during the visit to Berlin and Hamburg round about the same period.
