Ormai sono di casa ed il servizio oltre ad essere fantastico e cordiale, mi soddisfa sempre disponibili per richieste strane, internet rapido e la solita colazione alla mattina che potrebbe soddisfare qualsiasi palato credo. Posizione ottima e sempre utile per i miei acquisti e giri nei mercatini della zona.

Scomodo e poco accogliente”

Hotel bruttino piccola hall poco accogliente e molto kitch, stanze indecenti, molto picole, senza finestra più che un hotel una prigione!!! Lo staff è scortese e poco incline alla disponibilità. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Highly recommended it. Firstly, safety, clean and fun as essential as the White Hotel. Mostly, nice, kinds and knowledge arround the people and areas as a best value, rule and policy from this hotel. Many nearby transportation, market and tours. Thanks, being nice, clean and safety from the White Hotel to its guests.

Good stay except water supply”

Overall good stay as it's a good location and basic necessities are provided. One thing they need to make a significant improvement, however, is water supply in early morning. I didn't get single drop from water tap between 8:30am and 9am and called front desk staff, saying it's due to high demand and I need to wait for 20 mins. Fortunately it was Sunday and I took a shower a night before so didn't have a big issue for me, but everyone uses bathroom in morning so it's crucial that water supply must not be disrupted.

I took the vip room. It was really small. The shower was slow was very disappointing. The lift was slow. I think the hotel is very old. Too make matter worst even the aircon super weak even at 18 degrees. Breakfast compare to other hotel is average. I am the kind who do not like to make a big fuss and spoil my holiday. So just stayed there. But will not recommend or stay there again. I travel to vietnam every 2 months. Maybe agoda should check the hotels before giving them the star.

Well located hotel”

Well this is my fourth time staying here so I guess its self explanatory. It's like coming home. The highlight this time is that they are slowly upgrading each room bit by bit and it good to see the rooms refreshed over time

The hotel room run down”

I will just say location is convenience! Room facilities runs down. No charging facility for my phone. Room has smell and I have to run the aircon longer. TV don’t have English Channel. Breakfast choices limited. If possible, I will not return.

Worth it! ”

My group was super satisfied with the hotel. But initially I booked the White hotel located at ben thanh, unfortunately when i checked- in ( the group checkin after midnight due to flight schedule) i was informed to transfer to the other hotel. I did not informed the group that the location was transferred.. I appreciated it if the person from hotel informed or at least emailed me earlier about the problem.. aside from that everything is ok even packing breakfast for the group since we have to leave early for the mekong delta river tour...

BAD EXP”

I ordered the VIP ROOM and I asked some special requirement very early. BUT, ALL I GOT REALLY BAD OLD AND SMALL ROOM , BAD SMELL AND NOISY I spend a lot for the ''VIP'' room but the room I get looks really bad and uncomfortable. Then we ask for change , the clerk said that WE DIDN'T SE YOUR TEXTING WONT come agian.

1. Old facilities and furnitures 2. Toilet bowl cannot flush 3. Hair dryer not function 4. Lack of choices for breakfast 5. It look very different from the PHOTOS 6. Power plug is not function Wont come back anymore! Not recommended!

Location near Ben than Market just 5mins walk. The guard was sleeping when we arrived in front of the door. In the middle of the night there were still people talking in the corridor :( the hotel was a bit old but the breakfast is delicious :)

Disappointed!”

As this was a short break to HCMC, I decided to opt for accommodation that offered a cheaper rate, knowing that the majority of the time I would be out and about sightseeing. Unfortunately this was a poor decision, as my room was minute, despite booking a Deluxe with window, the additional 'window fee' charges offering a view of the adjacent building. The hotel staff were clearly not interested in the guests, apart from the 'Concierge' suggesting a massage every night upon my return to the hotel, despite me clearly stating that I was not interested! Breakfast was less than satisfactory, and the lack of seating resulted in guests having to share tables, clearly not a good way to start the day. The amenities were very poor, particularly the bathroom towels that were at best threadbare. The experience in general was far from satisfactory, and a reminder as to why it is worth paying a little more to enjoy superior holiday accommodation. The location was the only saving grace of my stay!

The staffs are not friendly, except the cleaning lady of my room. The towels, the furniture, and the floor are too old. The coffee pot is rusty and old in the buffet room. One of their staffs was cleaning and sweeping the floor while I was eating breakfast which they should not have done. Not worth it for the price that they charged me and I would not recommend this hotel to friends.

Pervert Bellboy”

Location wise was good. Not recommended for girls as there a pervert bellboy (morning shift) which using his phone to snap our photo (seems like snap our legs) and we seen his action a few times he also react this way and once his done snapping he will zoom the photo( we saw his fingers action) . Sounds scary. The hotel hot water is abit off and water is not clean at all. Overally worst stay ever

Really bad experience”

Right from the time we checked in, we know we had made a mistake booking this hotel. The receptionist was totally disinterested in helping us check in. The room we got had paints off the wall and was stinking with cigarette. When we asked to change the room, we were told its the only room available. The food we ordered from room service was overcharged 1.5 times the rate mentioned in the menu stating some tax and service charge. The the food we received was different from what we ordered. When inquired, we were told that the images on the menu were fro "illustration purpose" only. When i tipped the guard for keeping my bag in the taxi while checking out, he asked for more money saying that was not enough. Really bad experience. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Broken aircondition”

Our room's aircon was not working. Some parts of the floor are broken. It's also hard to open the door as the doorknob is kinda broken as well. We requested to be transfered to a different room, good thing there's still a vacant room for us. When we woke up for breakfast, the staff were in a hurry to remove all the food served as if they did not want us to eat. They could have atleast waited for us to finish eating before they remove the dishes and clean up the food area. We have two small children with us, no consideration at all. The only thing that we liked about this hotel is it is 3 mins away from the Ben Tanh market
