Not a luxury hotel, but it's a good one”
Not a luxury hotel., it's at the centre, but you have to walk a little. Not a lot of shops around the hotel, but walk few minutes you will have anything. If you want to be at the centre, but don't want to pay a lot, it's the right hotel. Staff are friendly, especially Yen at the reception.

Great Value, the only negative was poor internet”
Nice room and polite staff Good location, just a few minutes walk from Ben Thanh market and Saigon Center. The internet was not so good - very slow connection, at times almost unusable. Otherwise I was very happy with this hotel and it was very good value for money.

I used the swimming pool but looks awful and disappointed. If you are a swimmer dont consider this choice.

Great Budget Hotel near Ben than Market”
A hotel a bit old, sometimes too much noise, but I chose it for the price on the internet, breakfast with very limited choices . The staff do their best, perfect for a short stay of 2 to 5 nights max.

Does what it says on the can”
Small rooms, nice. Comfortable but even several floors up lots of traffic noise. Avoid the breakfast, awful! Everything is cold including the coffee. Checkout at reception, only 1 lady at peak times. Took 2 minutes to check out after a 30 minute wait. Lots of people complaining. A pity really as a nice hotel.

Room prepaid, but left anyway.”
We prepaid for our three rooms and when we arrived we were extremely disappointed. The room was dirty. Dust everywhere, blood stained pillow cases. Batteries dead in the safe, lamps didn’t work. Mind you we decided within minutes that we would leave our bags in the room and find another hotel. Management would not make any refund concessions. So we considered loosing the price of three rooms for three nights, like getting bailed out of a true third world dump. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would not stay here even if it was free.

Like cockroaches?”
Cockroaches were everywhere in our room. They sprayed something or other, but it did nothing. They were in the bathroom, the closet, floor. Everywhere. So gross. It’s just a dirty low end hotel. Also, the hotel desk manager entered the room with his master key without knocking looking for some girl with “long black hair.” Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was the single worst hotel I stayed at in all of Vietnam.

We really sorry about our mistake such as our hotel did not well about your service. We are healing all of our hotel at the moment. However we make sure one of wrong from you was about our manager come to knock your door first then when you open we were talked about another lady with long hair. we just make sure you will not forgery about us. When I asked why my room wasn’t what was picture in ad the guy at desk said of course pictures are fake why would you believe pictures I handed them card and left went to different hotel

Nice Clean Helpfull staffs”
Really do like this hotel. when it comes to Vietnam hotel you would think of claustrophobic room. But this hotel is so spot on from space, cleanliness, design, breakfast, staff. They let me to check out late for 1 hour which is really helpful. The Staff both front office and especially Mr. Bellboy (i didn't get his name) super helpful. i was so anxious to get to airport (the traffic!!! OMG) and after too many times cancelling my Grab orders, i got banned to order more. But Mr. Bellboy helped me book one through his phone and its like he calmed me down and saved my life. (thank you again Anh!) Would not think twice to book this hotel again. Great job!

Location opposite Fine Arts Museum good. Family room large, clean. Only problem was noise coming from traffic at night; windows not double glazed, and holes in metal window frames allowed noise in - slept fine with ear plugs! Lifts were small and sometimes one of the two was out of operation. Pool clean and big enough for doing laps. Breakfast was adequate with range of foods, but not that tasty.

Paradise in busy city”
WE were in a different hotel and changed to Thien Tung as our other room was just too small and the air con didn't work and it was a bit out in slightly unsafe feeling area. Thien Tung was perfect, pool was great, air con great, the breakfast delicious and I highly recommend it.
