Could not speak English. The day i checked out, the reception guy was extremely rude and ignore customer, he told me to wait when he sent staff to check the room. He did not tell me that the check was done and keep me waiting there for 15 minutes without saying a thing. Never coming back here again!

I had two big luggages and staff was very kind and helped me to bring them up. Hotel has an elevator, which is the big plus if your bags are heavy. Room was clean but hot water was the way far from hot. Nice that there is a minibar. The only thing that wasn't good that the walls are so thing that you can hear everything what is happening in the corridor. So prepare the air plugs. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. He called a taxi for me and it came within few minuted. Taxi to the airport costs around 80K VND. I would come again.

Stay to rest before flight. Everything ok but staff don’t speak english very well, so dont depend on them to book a cab for u. I requested for a wake up call and a cab at 5am only to find myself still in bed at 5:15. Staff was sleeping downstairs and no taxi was waiting for me. Ordered a garb and got it in seconds tho, so no problem there. Maybe not their fault they don’t understand.

I booked this Hotel online as it was really cheap, and unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for. None of the staff spoke English.. they didn’t even “welcome”, give us a map or tell us anything about Ho Chi Minh! We had to taxi and bus each time to get into the centre (30min drive), the hotel is located right next to the airport. We got charged way over price to be picked up from the airport to this hotel when we first arrived as we found out the next day that is it literally a 5-10min drive from the airport. But they charged us 240,000 dong when it should have been 60,000 dong. Would NOT recommend this hotel to any tourists! :(

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is very kind. The location of hotel is about 10~15 mins near the Ho Chi Minh international airport. If you are a business traveler for short time, I recommend to stay here will be good choice.

Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Nhân viên khá nhiệt tình, trả phòng giữa khuya vẫn hỗ trợ tốt cho khách hàng. Thân thiện, gần gũi, chỉ dẫn nhiệt tình. Thủ tục check-in/out nhanh. Giá phòng tốt. Gần sân bay Rất hài lòng về cung cách phục vụ cũng như phòng ốc.

Good facilities. Bad customer service”

The location is near the Tan Son Nhat Airport. Facilities are good and cleaned as the hotel is really new. But the reception manager's atitude and behavior was really bad to me. When dealing with customer's querries, he didnt care about the customer opinion and even challenge customer to contact his boss. The hotel owner apologised then but the manager havent done anything to apologise afterward.
