Situated at Al Ain, this price could be consider cheaper since the rest of the hotel there offer bit higher. The room is complete with kitchen which is good for traveler. There's a refrigerator as well. But I hope that they could offer water heater for the coffee as well. Overall our stay is good and we slept well.

Hotel apartment was fit for my needs; however, my only comments are: 1. Cleanliness and overall condition of the room can be improved. - My room had several busted/ non-functional sockets. - Room cabinets smelled like it wasn’t opened for a long time - Saw one dead cockroach in my room, but housekeeping immediately came to clean my room when I asked. 2. A bit of a concern for me - The room door did not have a double lock feature. The room that I stayed in only had the doorknob’s lock on it. I was a bit surprised because most hotels would have a double lock feature.

VERY BAD TIME”
Condition doesnt work when you set it to 21. Reception staff are not polite. Refused to clean my room in the 2nd day. I booked a king bed and the forced me into two regular beds. Matress is not comfirtable. In general was one of the worst experiences EVER.

I do always go for solo. It’s peaceful place, near to everything like malls and restaurants. The price is not bad but I hope next time there is free drinking water ☺️. In my case I can’t go out to get water outside but I force my self to buy in nearby grocery store even not really feeling well.

We don't expect much, but we experience a well manner staff, a good ambience facility, a clean room. The hotel is perfect spot , near in mall, town and grocery. Very nice and friendly staff, specially the kabayan lady who assist us when we check in, and the housekeeper who patiently gave us our needs. Money worth, definitely will book again here if ever we want to visit the al ain again.

When I entered the room, felt like I'm in 3 or 4 star Hotel Apartment, whereas it's just 1 star standard. Everything was perfect ambience, lighting, room organisation, cleanness, services, staff etc. The most important of all is that it is very very quiet, calm & peaceful place to stay! The only drawback is the parking! it is Govt. Paid parking which you have to pay as long as you park to avoid being fined. Unfortunately I got fined by AED 200 for not paying the parking fee of AED 2
