Clean and Well Appointed ”
We stayed in a standard queen room. It was impeccably clean, a decent size, and very well appointed. The location was only a 5 minute Uber from a wedding we needed to attend. Mardi Gras happened to be on the same weekend but can safely say no noise was heard from our room, we were able to have a relaxing sleep. Although checkout was 11am they allowed us to keep our bags there and use bathroom facilities to get ready for our event. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pricing is to be expected for Sydney and I found it reasonable. If you’re looking for somewhere convenient, well priced and close to the city, this is the place for you.

Travelodge Martin Place was a delight to stay at for 4 days recently. Staff were friendly, helpful and were always willing to help with information and assistance. The facility was clean and well maintained. Room was quiet and had no traffic noise. The location suited us with short walks 100-800 metres to local coffee shops, Circular Quay, Opera House, Museum and Thai Town (Chat Thai food was just sensational). If watching sport is your thing York 65 (500 metres) was just perfect for food drink and big screen TVs. Overall 10/10 IMO.

The hotel location is fantastic, located in the heart of the city. The room was very clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette and bathroom. Considering the city location, the room was whisper quiet. If you prefer a soft bed, the bed here was on the firmer side. The checkin process was easy as was checkout. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well priced.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Sofitel which was very close. The room was well equipped with a small microwave, frdge and eating utensils. It was also spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. My only criticism, is minor, but I was surprised to find fast internet access was not free for the entire stay.

Good value accommodation in a convenient location”
We stayed here for one night after flying into Sydney. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and efficient. The room itself is very good for the price, the building is quite dated but has been previously renovated to a reasonable standard for the price. Getting basic kitchenette facilities is handy too. The bed itself was very comfortable and not too hard like some hotel beds can be. The only downside is that you can get a lot of early morning noise coming in from the corridor, especially when placed in a room near the lifts. The location of the hotel is great, with it only being a short stroll to Martin Place. It's also not far to St James station which gives you access to more trainlines (including direct to the airport).

Great stay for a long mardigras weekend. Great location close to Hyde Park in CBD. Comfortable room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. This hotel will definitely be one of my options for my next stay in Sydney.

While the rooms are small, the location is excellent and for the price, it's definitely worth it here if you're not planning to stay inside your hotel for too long. Very clean, basic amenities. I liked that the staff there allowed us to check in early, especially since we arrived at 8am.

The pillowcases were smelly when we checked in, but they were able to replace them quickly. The parking is very accessible but very expensive. The location is great, at the center of the city. The staff are very accomodating and friendly.

We were able to access subway and busses 1/2 block away and walked to most of our tourist destinations which were within a mile. Very central location. Price for value was very good too.

Right across the road from Martin place train station . Easy with a suitcase Short walk to Pitt street shops Good value for money Only negative struggled to buy breakfast Saturday as being in a business area everything closed ( except Lindt cafe)
