Great stay in Saigon”
Hotel was just as photographed. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean. Very convenient to most tourist areas in district 1. Someone else mentioned a rooster and singing school children. I heard both and was not bothered. I would recommend and stay again.

Just a thing I hope they can improve is the noisy voice of staffs in the mornings while cleaning rooms but it’s not really a big deal. I love this place and yes I’ll stay here again when I come back.

A nice clean hotel, the staffs were great and cheerful. Walking distance to many cool places from the hotel for the typical must visit when in HCM/Saigon. Lots of cafe and eateries (across the road there is a fresh fruits stall and an awesome crab soup noodle stall) around the vicinity. There are also a few mini-marts along the street if you need to stock up of water and snacks. Though the breakfast was what pulled off 1 ⭐️ at facilities due to the coffee, bread and fruits section were not stocked up on both days we went for breakfast. You get to choose 1 set per visit and it is tasty.

Beautiful modern hotel without good management”
The place is beautiful, the breakfast amazing, the room comfy, the very young non- English speaking staff try their best to help. Because most of the basic is already pay and done there is very little interaction one need. But it's frustrating not to be able to ask simple questions. By email good fast efficient response At reception different story, we ask for a late check out, we didn't feel well and even the young staff agreed for a reasonable price, the management got greedy and want almost full price after we stay two nights for just 6 hours ( most hotels will do it for 30% if they have the space) so we believe it was unfair and ended wondering the streets making time to go to Dalat. My suggestion better training for manager and freedom to the floor personal to do their best job. But the place is pretty in a very not cool street.

We had a lovely stay as a couple on the highest floor with balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included, coffee and cocktails we had here very much. Everything is a good walking distance away. Only thing to take notice is the 'do not disturb' switch which you can switch on or off. When you remove your key card it is automatically turned 'off' because there is no electricity. Housekeeping went into the room without it being necessary and without me wanting to. So maybe it is also better to have a sign you can hang on the door for it.

Arriving at the hotel after being awake for thirty-some hours, we were given an iced tea and a warm welcome. The room was just like in the pictures, and very comfortable. Staff was always courtious and helpful. Our room away from the street side was quiet, and even though the local rooster never know what time it was, we found him quite charming. Never saw him, only heard him. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of options, for whatever your breakfast ethnicity. A convenient location, and excellent value for the money,

Nice little hotel, good location in district 1. Breakfast was quite good with different choices available including western style. Room was good for the price, bathroom roof was covered in what looked like tiny dead bugs but apart from that quite clean. No welcome drink or anything when we arrived as others had stated they recieved, basically given key card and that was it. Overall good little hotel in a good location

Beautiful interior and decoration with modern art. Room was big enough and well equipped. Good pillows and beds for sound sleep. Amazing breakfast; Must order Egg Benedict at breakfast. I’m a fan of their welcome drinks. I totally loved this boutique hotel.
